They will lock you into separate contracts with separate termination dates to keep you stuck with their company unless you buy them out for an outrageous amount of money. Many employees do not reply within 24 hours, have had several rude responses via email over time. Account managers have lacked professionalism. They don't have anyone who knows how to actually code a basic web page. They created a YouTube page making videos for our company that we were unaware of that effected our business (as we already have our own channel in place). They wrote copy on our website with a false location that was nearly detrimental to us. Our company and valuable business was treated as an afterthought by Dealerspike.
Everything is great in the beginning and then they completely stop. No one replies to any emails, no one listens, and you can't get anyone to give you an answer. My rep Catherine actually hung up on me, had a conference call about MY business and then called me back AFTER. RUN AWAY from them, it is not worth the headache.
Tanner is very useful! He is always there when I have crazy questions or need something. When he's not there he always makes sure to reply to me in a timely manner. He makes sure that I understand everything on my end and let's me know everything that he is doing on his end. Tanner is great and loves to help!
