I have never had such a bad experience anywhere, from the service to the management. After discovering that my "vegetarian" spring rolls were actually pork, the server treated me as an inconvenience. When I reviewed on Facebook, the manager refused to believe I had been treated rudely and argued that his "staff assured him that they took the appropriate measures." He would not give up arguing via Facebook message until he had the sarcastic last word, and would not apologize for the behaviour of the server.

Always a good place for day drinking. It's just packed every night.

Server was friendly but slow. Food was good pub food. Nice atmosphere.

I have frequented Doc's for several years & though all experiences have been great, overall I do recommend this venue for the good bands they bring in on occasion & their decent pub food. Service has always been decent, though remember this is a pub first & foremost. Arriving late night does often result in curt door staff, and arriving drunk definitely wont help either. You'll have no problem leaving drunk though.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been going for a few years now and was severely dissapointed today. Service staff didn't refill drinks or check on us. Had to waste 45 minutes with no food, and then other tables who arrived after us were served long before us and so we had to leave as we had to to back to work. Service has slipped harshly over the past 5 months. Truly a shame. Will not eat there again as this has happened too many times.

Wings were great but service was super slow, order two drinks from your server if staying for more than an hour

Good food and great staff! The band playing was pretty fun.

Some good wings and sone bad wings here stay away from the maple bacon as they are not good. The Johnny Cash sauce is great so is rhe BBQ. Aviod their local beer it is always very flat no matter what, it is just not good. Service was very good.

Open late (unitl 2am, last order 12). Great cheap food. Great service. We got here aroun 10pm on a weekday. Most other places were closed and we were thrilled to find this cozy place with great food. $5 bucks would get you a meal and you pay extra for sides ($2 for the most part) and the drinks. There seems to be specials on several drinks each day) would recommend this place any day to anyone.

Maybe I was there on a off day but I certainly won't be back. The bar was almost as slow as the service. My food came out quickly, but also cold. The server couldn't have cared less and seemed annoyed. No apologies or suggest an alternative. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

I'd certainly recommend trying elsewhere.

Well I am sitting here at the docs right now the bartender very rude and doesn't care about his job when I asked for the WiFi code points to the menu doesn't even say hello or asks me what I want. So I think management needs to change there staff I worked in the industry so I won't be coming back

If you like pub fare, Docs presents one of the best values in town. Excellent food for a low price. Great atmosphere.

This pub is violating personal privacy. You have to show your photo ID to enter. They scan your photo ID and keep your personal data.

Smaller place that has some good live rock acts play there.

Doc Willoughby surprises with unexpected value in a rustic yet amazing location. The half rack of ribs and salad for $10 is worth traveling for, but yesterday's fries reheated was a turnoff. The free WiFi (password on the menu), and live entertainment puts Docs in the 5 star range but it was just a quiet lunch today. They need more plugs to charge hungry phones.

Let's be real. It's Doc's. It's either right up your alley or it isn't. If you've been here before, you know what it is. If you haven't, you've gotta. Love this joint.

One of my favorite places in town for either food or a night out. Great menu and almost everything on it is $5. Always have live music on weekends and great atmosphere always.

A fun place to see bands.
I used to find their live music just to loud, it made it very hard to have a conversation but now it's perfect. Loud enough to dance but if you move a little away from the stage it's easy to hear another person.
The food is decent pub style.
The drinks are basic but with a fair price.
I've gone several times and will go back.

Expect a cover charge if there's live music.
Washrooms are clean.
Staff is friendly.

There's frequently good live music here, but when there is you have to bump elbows constantly because it's always packed to the brim.
The nachos and drink selection are maybe the best for a pub in Kelowna. They should just renovate to make room for a real dancefloor and more room for the bar lineup.

Cringy dancing, music, waitresses and staff. In all reality however, that's what you should expect from a downtown pub. Oh and mushrooms + bar may seem like a great idea but it really isn't.

Consistently good food at awesome prices. Services is awesome too. They often customize food when they aren't too slammed. Great pub atmosphere.

Went for late lunch. They now want ID and phone number before service "just in case there is an outbreak". I don't participate in this kind of 'new normal' insanity. I will not go back.

Awesome vibes!! Bartenders are amazing!! Tried it out for past 2 Tuesdays and Bartender and servers have been amazing, courteous and spot on with service . Food is amazing even when you want breakfast at night w a beer .. nachos rock!!

The True "ICONIC" local pub of Kelowna appropriately located right downtown. Doc's is a staple in Kelowna and whether local or tourist... you have to patronize this classic pub more than once. The staff are among the FRIENDLIEST in Kelowna and the overall beverage and food experience is always exceptionally good.

Doc's may very well be the pioneers of the Kelowna pub and eatery industry, paving the way for so many other great establishments. Their success is not just because they've been around since forever... but because they have managed to upkeep their sterling quality of customer service throughout all these years. Go here, support local and enjoy a great experience!

We did not like this as a live venue. Felt overcrowded, nowhere to sit or stand. Some people might like this but not us. Ended up missing the band we wanted to see

Great staff , even better service , and the food " FORGET ABOUT IT " you won't be going home hungry after a meal there

I have had several bad experiences to date, they charged me for an extra double one time and another time added an automatic gratuity when we didn't have enough people to be charged an automatic gratuity. The menu is cost effective but you get what you pay for. I recommend that you get your waitress to leave you cups at the table so they dont overcharge. Terrible attitudes, service and food quality.
