The security procedures are painstakingly slow just like the wait for elevators.

Aam logo k liye yaha alag se suwidha hoti hai jaise k unko alag se lift aur bhi bhot kuch agar koe kaam se andar jana ho to 1 ganta lag jata hai aur bhar se aaye huwe logo ki koe kadar nhi rahti yaha

Superb view if you are sitting 22nd floor and above. Concrete jungle can be seen in all its glory.

Walkable from railway station. Usually crowded area. Location is good for commercial space. Specially MNC.

A modern commercial building, housing some of the top Banks and financial institutions etc with a huge lobby area for meetings or catching up with colleagues. Interestingly this place also had some unique eateries or tea coffee shops for having a chilled out time or client servicing. Staff is very helpful with professional security personnel.

Indiabulls Finance Centre is a 3 tower building housing some of the top MNCs. It houses Yes Bank, Deloitte, Mondelez, HSBC, Grant Thornton, Fitch, Franklin Templeton, Canadian Embassy, etc. It has enough parking space. Enough ATMs are available here. Cafeteria options are also available like Subway, Le Pain Quotedien, Starbucks, Paninaro, etc.

Good office space, close to the train station for easy commute if you are traveling from malad side.

The place is not very much supported with the local cops in guiding the traffic flow . Which at times get very congested.

Bad toilets, always stinking! Over used, under maintained.

Very nice place as standard corporate office, now the company name has been changed from indiabulls real estate to Blackstone group (NOP)

This is to bring to your notice that Ms Joyeeta Banerji of Indiabulls Park Street Branch lied and misled me into investing and has caused me a financial loss. I ve worked earlier with other agents of your company and had both profit and losses with which i ve never had any issue. This time Joyeeta called and insisted i invest in bank Nifty 21st Sept. I told her clearly that i don't want to invest in this as i don't understand nifty and wont know how to deal with it. She was very earnest and pleaded with me to invest and promised to call me as soon as i need to sell just in case the price starts falling . She did no such thing and next day i come to know that my entire investment has closed at nil.There after she has refused to take my calls . I believe that a lot of us work with Indiabulls because we have faith and trust in their agent and the calls they give us. this is a setback and i do wish this to happen to any other investor. I request you to take action against this agent . Thank you.

A biggest 3 tower located at Elphinstone rd near station. Having MNCs like Mondilez, Deloitte, Yes bank, Hsbc, McDonald's, CMA, Future generally, DNA etc. Very well trained security allotted at every entrance.

Great office place but no proper directions for the first time visitors. Cab drop point looks like car parking.

Typical Mumbai building on a narrow road. Extremely modern building with all amenities and facilities. Well regulated and secure place

Inspite of uploading and submitting all the documents i am unable to get
the update on my application from past one month all i get to hear is
back-end team will respond to you in 48 hours, i have called customer care people so many times
please help me out with this issue

Worst un understanding securities good place to step in all food outlets should be in one place it should be known as food court great offices

Parking is ok, is managed ok from security standpoint.
Long wait time for elevators.
Food options are not much during afternoon.
