Superb work space. Have multiple offices, including my employer. Very neat and high on security. Courteous support staff. Has some really amazing joints like Starbucks, Paninaro, Chai Point, etc. Lot of parking space, paid parking also available. Bang on the main road (Senapati Bapat Rd.) and right outside the west exit of Elphinstone and Parel Stations. Very well connected.

As usual, so many corporate offices, at one place. The nearby area doesn't look at all like a commercial place.

Awesomeness at its best.....the class infra along with some best of the companies to work here.... The location of the complex is so near to the local railway station that approach from station to complex is hardly of 5 mins. Overall a class place to work with some good facilities like ATM and some good cafes....

They have 3 towers but it's all very confusing as one have to park in one tower and get your visitor pass from another tower. Take different lifts for parking to ground and ground to upper flores. In short, it feels like very poorly thought out place.

Parking is very expensive. The road outside is always packed and congested which takes approx 15 mins just to cover 100 mts

Good infrastructure nd close to preferred transport mode.

This place is busy at all times but it is easily accessible as it is between two local train stations - Elphinstone and Lower Parel.

Good workplace however Elphinston station is congested and not equipped to handle the number of daily commuters to the offices in the locality.

Have worked at this business centre. It's amazing. World class structure with international standards. Clean and tidy. Well maintained. Well Secured. Supportive staff. Some good food joints as well. Star buck. LPQ. Paninaro. Subway to name a few.

This place is good, property is fantastic buy the security is pathetic. They just don't know there process and will ask you to go to different gates.

One of the best corporate buildings of Mumbai.
This busy place of South Mumbai home to leading corporate offices like Yes Bank HQ, Starbucks, deloitte, Canada consulate, DNA Digital, Mondelez and also ad agencies like contract advertising etc.

Lots of street food vendors around the area and working crowd from this building makes it more buzzy.

Very poor planning for such a huge place. One has to walk so far to enter tower 2. God forbid, you've driven your car there; the parking is expensive and if you park in the cheap BMC parking beside, all the best to you in finding your way through the maze that is the internal road to this place. Two small lifts going up to each floor and this has to take the cake - no 13th floor... Such superstition for a modern day corporate park...lol!!!
