Great place...lots of job opportunities this financial centre by indiabulls also hold s yes bank and many other company offices within its building structures... Wonderful place to find jobs... Specially in the service sector

Convenient location and very nearby from Parel and Elphinstone Rlwy Stations.. Nice place for offices.. ATM and food courts available inside premises

New building still in construction but after completing the construction Elphinstone and Lower Parel will be one of the biggest corporate places in Mumbai.

Best place to visit for commercial activities. Well connected by local train and road ways as well. Only issue is that there are no many food outlets available as such....

Approach road to this beautiful place is very Dirty....

Excellent business park but they should allow visitors to enter from back gate as well, considering they have to walk around a mile from station to the main entrance.

There's a public parking managed by MCGM annexed right next to Indiabulls building with dirt-cheap parking charges. Refer photos for charges and building's photo.

Feels like it's one of the most dangerous place in case of any fire. Between 12.45 to 1.45...lift becomes like virar local. If you are on 26-27th floor, you can't enter.

Good Office space. May be expensive too. Esialy notice from main Road. Traffic during peak hours is increased travel time.

i went for office work the building is made very superior and well management and co-operative work done . and the atmosphere is also nice.
and ofcourse this is the huge build company.

I have been there for banking work yes bank ..this place is a puzzle .....there is lift to go up no lift to go down how funny is that?i am never going there again...

BMC public parking available with reasonable charges. Considering heavy traffic at narrow roads in parel, lower parel can park cars here rather than getting stuck. Just besides Prabhadevi western railway station. Train route much feasible if Dadar-Parel-Lower parel is your destination for shopping n others

Nice office building with many food options. Very close to Central & Western train stations.

Sky towers with excellent and modern construction with all world class amenities with enriching views, it's a financial hub for many corporate offices like Deloitte and yes bank and so many.... and very near to Prabhadevi and lower Parel railway stations

Not Accessible for specially abled people rest are goos facility and safety

New name as ONE INTERNATIONAL CENTRE One of the best commercial building of south Mumbai.very close to Elphinston and Parel railway station. Property is well maintained by the management. Lobbies are decorated with beautiful sculptures .its a green building too
