One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. As an end user they won't even support their own product. Only refer you to a "licensed re-seller" who charges whatever they choose. Buy something else, work somewhere else. Leave these jokers on the sideline until they learn what customer support is.

After working with the DMP team and touring their office, it's clear there is pride in their product, brand, customer satisfaction and attention to detail. As a integrator, it's a product we trust.
As impressive as DMP is, this review would not be appropriate if I did not give a massive shout out to Doug Rieman.
When I became the new sales manager at our KC office, Doug was the first one there. In fact, he was there 3 times before some other manufacturers we use even scheduled a time to come sit with me. Because of those visits, I've created a biased to DMP products. It's what I'm comfortable talking about and leading with. That confidence came from Doug being willing to support me above and beyond.
Any proposal that goes out our door, is a DMP proposal.
I worked here for a very short time. Some co workers were rude. Some wanted to pick fights while at work. Supervisor wouldn't do much to remedy the problem.Also there quality service is not very good either. Do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else.......
