I've been at DMi Partners for over 4 years, and it is hands down the best work environment that I've ever experienced. I come from an ad agency background, and I'm used to a "loose", lively and comfortable work environment, so nothing has changed on that front. However, it's the first agency I've been at where morale was high across the board. Sure, every job can be frustrating at times, but you don't ever hear anyone complaining about typical agency gripes like compensation, being over worked, impossible deadlines, etc. Everyone feels appreciated. I've been at places where you just churned out work at a rapid pace like a robot and if you left by 7 you felt like you were getting out early. Everyone was miserable there. At DMi, staying until 7:00 is a rare occurrence and it's not out of the norm for the office to be empty by 5:45, yet we still get a ton of work done and always hit our deadlines. We're not micro-managed, and are given every opportunity to grow professionally. No one is held back or left behind. Instead, we're all encouraged to continue developing our skills in any way that we desire (obviously within reason, I don't think they'd be thrilled if I put all of my personal development time into bee keeping). It's also great to be in a place where no one is "above" any task. Titles go out the window when something needs to get done and it's truly an "all hands on deck" mentality. The benefits are the best I've ever seen, from the infamous free lunch Friday and a company paid cell phone plan, to $5 gym memberships and a 100% 401k match of up to 6% of our salary! DMi really goes out of their way to ensure their employees are happy, and it's clearly working, as this is the happiest I've ever been at a job. In fact, I almost feel guilty calling it a job.

Props extended to David Lachowicz and his associates for delivering a creatively executed web site and forum platform for a non-profit, public policy group. The finished product was responsive to the concept communicated, creatively designed, and timely executed. One year on, David and his team remain responsive and addresses any design feature that reduces the quality of the end-user experience with the site.

I called and the receptionist and the HR reps were so rude over the phone when I just asked a general question. After they answered my question I said "Thank you" (Trying to kill with kindness) And slammed the phone in my ear. I can't even imagining working there with attitudes like that....wow! Very unprofessional and unacceptable....DO NOT APPLY HERE!!
