Very nice facility but bathrooms don't stay cleaned?
Absolutely horrible! Strict breaks and staff will not care about family emergencies, or illness if you can t work they will still mark it down. Strict breaks and unrealistic time goals when being on the phone. They don t have your back when you have a crazy customer and they also secretly talk bad about the workers while at their desk together. You won t get paid on holidays unless you meet all the criteria basically you have to be perfect, miss one day and you won t get any benefits. They lie to you a lot as well. Good temporary job if you are a student or need something quick only, nothing positive comes from this job long term. They won t tell you but trust me anyone reading this deserves better
Horrible! Too small to hold a tournament. Too hot! No a/c on one side. Staff was rude. Not enough seating for attendees. We understand the adjustments to be made due to the pandemic but don't collect money from 300 people when only willing to accommodate 50-75 per court, per game. Rip-off!
They have really great coaches here. Positive environment for kids
THE MOST DEPRESSING AND AGGRAVATING PLACE TO WORK!!! Warnings should be posted outside their doors stating that anyone working in the call center will continuously stay ill with a cough, sore throat and no voice. They promise so much but all they do is take things away. This was a decent company at on e time. Now management wants to make sure they get every little penny from you. NO RAISES, NO CHRISTMAS BONUS!!!!
