Very professional and friendly. Delivered supplies to the hospital before my niece was discharged then delivered the rest of the equipment to the home before she got there. All equipment was set up and working. Thanks for always answering our calls and delivering promptly. You made her recovery easier to bear.
I called DME Direct with a low air loss matress problem. The matress had leaks and it was ruining the pump. I had gone through three pumps at a hefty price.
Mr. Bruce from DME Direct was very professional and no nonsense in helping me solve my problem. His company managed to replace the system under warranty at no cost. He even delivered and installed the new matress and pump at no cost. It was the best experience I've had when dealing with a durable medical equipment company. Being paralyzed and heavy set I've had to deal with quite a few of these companies and my experience with DME Direct was by far the most professional and courteous.
