Professional at all times, Kitchen fitted in 2 days with no fuss.

Kitchen furniture fitted by DM design, well planned and managed to get the island I wanted too, thanks to our designer and their experience. Kitchen looks stunning, would happily recommend and will use again.

Reading the reviews, most of the negativity seems to be about the marketing and sales techniques. We were interested in purchasing a kitchen and as a reputable company with a long history we decided to go with DM Design. I must say David the designer, Donnie the surveyor and Derek the joiner were absolutely great. I would recommend them to friends and family and look forward to using again in future.

The salesman made promises this company could not keep. He said they would tile the kItchen. They left the walls bare with huge holes and cables running in crudely hammered out runs. Then said they didn't do plastering or tiling. Got nowhere trying to resolve this and had to take them to court.

Really bad workmanship. Handles on the kitchen drawers fell off because the holes were drilled too big. It took 5 attempts over 2 months to fix them, they eventually had to replace all the drawers. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Once they have your money they don't care.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Decided to expand and upgrade my kitchen. Dm design drew up my plans and allowed me to pick from a large range of kitchens. From design through to installation the process went as smooth as expected with a few hiccups but all resolved efficiently. The tradesmen who installed everything were quick and efficient on installation and extremely cheerful people, talking me through the whole process. Very tidy as well. Would highly recommend!!

I am disabled and I was very impressed by all involved in designing and fitting my kitchen from DM Design.
I now have a separate fridge and freezer which allows me easy access to both.
Space under the main worktop allows my wheelchair to fit underneath. Similarly, a space was left under the sink to allow easier access.
I was told I could have two 'open' units which allows a variety of frequently used objects to be stored.
I was very impressed how the fitters would ask me the exact height I would like the units to be situated. One 'open' unit was fitted at a height where I could access the whole unit.
I would definitely recommend DM Design to any one who has mobility difficulties.

Sales and survey were well done. Installation was excellent. However our experience with customer services was frustrating, calls not answered, calls not returned and no information regarding changes to work-plan schedules. Quality of materials and fittings excellent.

All the lads worked very hard to put in my new kitchen.It really looks great, although there are a few minor issues that need sorting out.Just waiting for a call back.Would recommend DM Design.

Had a bathroom fitted by this company a few weeks ago and whilst it was pricey. The finish and standard is excellent and look forward to many years use.

Great selection of products, the new kitchen looks terrific, we were quoted by a few companies and although DM were not the cheapest, their quality surpassed the other companies and managed to keep within the limits we were willing to invest. The design session was such a worthwhile exercise as they offer a no obligation quote, this was good for us not wanting to be roped into a sale, the designer took time to explain everything and we had no hesitation signing up when we seen what we were getting, would recommend to others.

Lovely kitchens but they are way overpriced. They quoted me an absolute fortune despite telling me I would save "substantially" my taking part in their marketing promotion. Apparently I would pay a "fraction" of the price. Absolute nonsense, total waste of time.

Great products and staff are super helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

We recently had a new kitchen fitted by DM Design. The layout and the functionality are brilliant, it feels like a more spacious and modern environment, which we are enjoying the novelty of being in. The workmen came in and fitted our kitchen and done so with professionalism and speed - they were in and out in no time. I would have no hesitation in recommending DM Design to other people.

Gary provided outstanding service and a great design.

Not the first time we have purchased from Gary and won't be the last.

My partner arranged a quote from this company for a new kitchen in the house we just bought. Really old style of pressure sales. Ended up having to ask the sales guy to leave after 3 hours. Not a good experience.

DM Design fitted our new bathroom suite and we have to say that everything went to plan, the materials were available on time, the fitters completed the work in the allocated time and the end product is absolutely brilliant, we are delighted with it and would not hesitate in giving DM design s name to friends and family, they have done a great job right the way through the whole process, can t fault them at all. Would recommend to others.
