We had a difficult birth for our first baby, just one of those unexpected things, but the entire team at Bacchus Marsh hospital were absolutely amazing! My baby and I were cared for, informed and made to feel safe with every option discussed in detail, each step of the way. We had our own room and my husband could stay, making the nights 100% easier. They helped with breastfeeding all throughout the day & night and nothing was ever too hard. We were never made to feel like we were asking silly questions or were inadequate if our bubba wouldn t settle, as with some other hospitals, they would just kindly offer advice and direction. If I could give them 100 out of 5 I would, they are all just kind, caring professionals. Definitely recommend!!

When being placed on a long waiting list when sent a doctors referral for a health concern, and then to be informed the wait has been extended, sure tells how much of importance they have for your general health and wellbeing. I rather pay for a service but if only i had the money to. A very sad and disfuntional health system with no future of improvement.

Could not fault the service and care provided here by maternity unit. Had amazing experience with facility, staff and doctors.

I have some beautiful ladies come in each morning to help me out of bed to start my day and i can't prasise them enough.

Cancer surgeon male gives the term quacks the true meaning apparently i didnt have any form of cancer by he just looking at me he just wanted to big note himself $150 later well i did end up having skin cancer .. quack dont even deserve one star

Good health service with a great reputation for quality and patient care.
It's a public health service and tries hard to support the needs of the communities it serves :)

Disappointing that staff couldn t have been a bit nicer. I am glad I went elsewhere to continue my pregnancy care.

Could not fault dr Mecarty and staff they were wonderfull

The best care of my 6 year old son made him fell at ease..... explained what was happening to him and what could have cause it and the next step of care for my son. I would like to thank the staff very much for looking after us.

Just had a lady hang up on me on the phone for no listen. Really rude.
