The pre-show entertainment was really good and I loved the Christmas show. They catered to my Gluten free option meal! Excellent customer service! I loved it! The seating can be a little difficult if you have dexterity problems and have to go to the bathroom, once you get seated, but other than that, I will go back to see the Christmas program!

Bad seats, too close together, so-so food, campy show wouldn't go again. The show was out of order it should have ended with the nativity.
Not plopping that in the middle and then go back to racing horses! Just ended on the wrong note for me!

What a fabulous show!

What a fabulous show!

We have been to a few dinner theater's and this is by far the best one.

Even the pre-show in the waiting area is very entertaining with high class musicians.

Dolly brings quality with everything she is associated with, and this show is no different. The riders, the horses and everything else was first class. I was so surprised when there was a herd of Buffalo at one point!

If you are eating the reg-ular meal bring cutlery as they do not supply it and expect you to eat with your fingers. I had the vegetarian option and it was actually a great pasta dish! Plus they give you plastic silverware!

And don't spoil the barrel trick by looking it up before hand!

The bright lights, the crowd, the music, the horse/western /country show, the soup, corn,&apple turnover were my favorite foods of all! My husband 's favorite food was the soup & the rotisserie chicken!I also liked the pork tenderloin

Awesome show. GOOD FOOD. And a good time. The only recommendation I have is not to show up more than a half an hour before show time or else you will be standing around before the doors open because the seating area is closed off.

The food, show, and service were great. My only complaint is that seating was a little tight. I'm fat-folk, so I'm used to close quarters. However, I noticed some of the skinny-folk having trouble as well and I know they could've used a little more elbow room, too. They make it a point to include the crowd throughout the entire performance, so it's a great place to bring the family.

The show is great, but the food was nasty and it's impossible to sit through the show if u have any type of animal allergies the odor in the place is overwhelming and very foul, Definitely not worth the money.

Lots of food. Same food amount for kids and adults. Drinks and snacks before show in waiting area are not included in the base price. Pictures they take at start cost extra.

Tickets say to get there 90 minutes early. It's not necessary. 15 minutes would be plenty of time and avoids waiting in tight area.

Nice

We visited this show with a party of four adults and one teenage child. I was a little worried that our teenager would be bored, but I think he loved it more than we did! The attention to detail, Backdrops, and animal training are top-notch. Be prepared to eat with your hands and understand that there are not menu options. It is pricey, but worth it to go once in your lifetime.

Customer service is exceptional but we liked the original Dixie Stampede much better (Cowboys and Indians). The Toy Store routine is creepy and the animal competitions were a bit much. The first hour of the show is good.

My lovely wife and I went here Wednesday night. Luckily we purchased our tickets in advance. A word of caution, if you purchase your tickets from one of the many kiosk around town. The receipt they give you is NOT your tickets. You have to redeem your receipt at the boxoffice for the actual tickets. The line waiting to get in for the performance prior to the Stampede show, takes time getting in. Once in grab a seat and stay there. 1200 people are a lot of people cramming in there. The bluegrass was really good and entertaining! Once they are done, they make an announcement to proceed up stairs to the arena. Just stay put and let all the crazy people push and shove their way up first. All seats are pre assigned, so you will get your seat no matter if you are the first person in or the last person in. You have plenty of time to get to your seat. The food is GOOD, the service is PHENOMENAL!! The women and men serving your meals, pull double duty. Helping in the Stampede Show! The show is PHENOMENAL!!! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I sure hope Dolly Parton pays her employees well!! They earn every HARD earned dime! GREAT TIME, FUN ATMOSPHERE!!

Never been to anything like it before. Quite the experience! Price is justified for sure, and I recommend you make the budget for it at least once. Food was great, service was great, show was great.

This was just okay. We went to the Christmas show and the food was fantastic as always. The show just seemed to lull at times and didn't keep my kids engaged. We have been to the Pirate Show in Myrtle Beach (which I believe is also a Dolly company) and it was awesome so I think that the problem was we were comparing the two the whole time and this one, even though it's the original, just didn't engage us as much. Some of the reviews we read before going complained of the horse poo smell. I can say that you should expect it as such because of all the animals, but it is really only bothersome to the most sensitive of noses. I didn't notice it after the first couple minutes.

Very good show, food wasn't that great, and at the end, it was like the mc made you look cheap, if you didn't leave a tip. It's costly enough I thought that covered the tip. And Also at the end they herd you out of the arena through the souvenir shop like cattle. Again the show was excellent
