A little on the pricey side but it was basically a 2 hour show and great food and service. Show was great and food was better. You get a cup of soup, whole small rotisserie chicken, slice of pork loin, half of seasoned potato, half of ear of corn and a turnover for desert Plus a drink. Lets just say you don't go away hungry.
We had so much fun. Its definitely a chunk of money but we were fully fed kids got to participate so we didnt have to wrestle with them. The boot cups are worth paying for. We love souvenirs
We loved it all. Can't wait to come back for the chrismas show!
Great job with the entertainment. The pork is a little dry, but overall the food is much better than I expected. The biscuit and chowder are delicious! They don't sell alcohol at this show, but we didn't mind. It's a fun 3 hours, including the Pre show entertainment in the saloon. The saloon only sales popcorn and sodas. The service team is in incredibly friendly and professional. The organization has everything down to a science, very efficient.
Skeeter was very funny. the entertainment was amazing and so was the food
Great entertainment for the whole family. Great food, beautiful animals and a mini history of how our country was formed.
The show is the same show every Christmas. Food was ok. The staff i would rate a 10. Very friendly very good at what they do. Would i suggest going, yes i would because im just 1 person with an opinion.
The show was great but was disappointed with the food. I guess I expected it to be great too. Servers are very efficient and friendly
Tickets are pricey, but the experience is well worth it. The food is very good, and they give you a LOT!!! They also provide doggy bags in case you can't finish it all! The service is excellent. The preshow and main show are very entertaining. We did not add on any extras, but there are certainly many opportunities to spend extra (drinks, photos, "make overs" for the kids, souvenirs, etc.). Very, very enjoyable experience.
Excellent shows and dinners for a dinner theatre place
The show was amazing and the food and service was great! Unfortunately we felt packed in like sardines and we were elbow to elbow with the people on each side of us.
I See No Reason Why it can't be Called the Dixie Stampede Anymore but still a Great Show I Recommend this to you I give it a Million Stars
The show was excellent and so was the food I enjoyed myself very well
Food was delicious and they provide a fruit cup, roll, and cookie if you are gluten free. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the soup and apple turnover. Our server Ben was polite and attentive. The show was entertaining and had something for everyone. I look forward to taking my son to see it when he is old enough.
We took our daughter & her 3 children ages 11 - 14. They loved everything! The preshow, the food & the entertainment! Especially Skeeter! We haven't seen them laugh that much in a long time. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We will be back.
Good clean entertainment and good food. Great place to take the kids or watch a live show with a meal.
I visited, when it was the Dixie Stampede. My experience was great !! The show is great for the family !!
We came to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for the weekend and my wife insisted on going to Dolly s Stampede to relive her childhood (formerly known as Dixie Stampede). She wanted our nine-year-old son to experience it as well. As you can tell, I was skeptical. I have to admit... I was THOROUGHLY impressed. The pre-show was entertaining and fun. Our waiter, Mikey, did an awesome job and was very personable. The show was entertaining and very well produced. The animals were great, the actors/entertainers were kid friendly and talented. However, Skeeter stole the show and was a crowd favorite. The food was GREAT! No choices here... you are all served the same thing but they are upfront about this.Typically, you worry about mass food cooked for a mass audience but the chicken was INCREDIBLE. I was a thoroughly impressed. Dolly s Stampede is a must do with or without kids, as my mother-in-law was cheering as loud as our son, if you are looking for good food and a good show.
The food is the same. The show is the same. Herd you in toss you a chicken an send you packing with a lighter wallet. If you have seen it before dont waste your time. Ok for first timers
Had a great meal and a wonderful time there...Our waitress was very efficient and very courtous!!
If you want some of the most fun you'll ever have eating dinner then this IS THE PLACE. It is unlile anything else. A truly unique experience from the moment you park your car. There's so much fun to be had. The performances are incredible..and did I mention the food?? Ohh my YUMMM! This has got to be scheduled on your bucket list..
Great fun and the food is ok too! They even serve gluten free if you call ahead!
We had a fabulous time! The show was great, our server was excellent and the food was very good. We'll go back again!
Completely worth the money. The show is amazing. And the food is good too
A great dinner show with horse ride performance while enjoying a nice chicken dinner. The pre-show performance with country music is also very entertaining. The ticket price is quit reasonable. Highly recommended!
A cool way to eat a good meal with your hands and watch a live animal show featuring horse man and woman performing tricks. The service is good and the meal is also tasty. Come hungry.
We always come from KY the first week of December for the past 5years. We love the Christmas show and never miss it. Not to take away from the other show we love it also.
The food was terrible. The show was great. The server we had did an excellent job. They served Cornish hen which was dry, it had no taste. They gave you a little piece of pork which was also dry. Our server kept our drinks filled very mannerly excellent server. Would recommend the show to anybody but the food is another story.
Absolutely amazing show and meal! Put it on your bucket list!!
We love the show it was very good the food was great and my whole family enjoyed it would love to go again
Ordered tickets over phone for front row. We show up and get tickets to find out they were for day before. Keep in mind the tickets were purchased after the show in which they entered them for. Ended up getting into the show but we're in the very last row. Also do not allow law enforcement to carry inside but claim to support law enforcement
Was very disappointed, it started when we arrived to our seats someone else was already sitting in them. The waitress said we will have too many people sitting here. She went to find out where we were supposed to sit. They basically put us all the way to the end of the seating area. (Sitting beside the waterfall). Terrible seats. The show was about to start and a group of about 20 people came in late. And they squeezed some of them next to us. (Not social distancing). When serving food the whole chicken was burnt (so hard you couldn t get a fork into it). Pork was dry and got a half of potatoe it was also dry. The rest of the food was ok not great. The show was really good (what we could see anyways). So I called customer service to report this and was basically told sorry and that s it. We have been to the Stampede in Myrtle Beach and it was great. We were looking so forward to going in Gatlinburg and was very disappointed. We won t be back and I will not recommend anyone to go.
I have been coming to the show for years. It s easily my favorite thing to do but my latest visit on 8/23/19 was absolutely terrible!! The food was terrible, the soup was watery, pork was tough and dry, corn was mushy, potato was crunchy in the middle. Our waitress was rude, we payed extra to have top row handicap seating and we got stuck in a bench that you had to climb in and out of. Terrible.
The most spectacular show we have ever seen. Best food in town! Well worth the ticket price. DO NOT MISS THIS SHOW!
The show itself was fine. The food was mediocre. They served soup and had no spoons. How does a 3 year old eat his soup with a biscuit and drink it from the bowl? I think seating would have been much more accommodating if they sold fewer tickets and gave everyone a reasonable amount of eating space. If you wind up seated beside a burly stranger his elbows are in your ribs and in your plate all evening. You literally have about the width of your placemat to call your own space. Not for anyone whose claustrophobic or germaphobic. The preshow was great.. very talented musicians. Leaving that room to go into the main arena and also to leave the arena was dangerously congested. Had there been any emergency to get out of there, people would have had no room to move. May not meet fire code. Had to see what it was about so we went but we wouldn't do it again...
What an amazing time we had last night at Dolly Parton stamp eat Matt our server was amazing the show was awesome and don't even think about bringing your eating utensils cars you will be eating with your hands it was being Garda lickin good chicken was awesome in tender cooked to perfection our port tenderloin was moist in juicy you will need Mini Mini napkins the Apple turnover was to die for the show was awesome and staff participation was amazing worth every penny
Had an amazing experience at the show. The actors and music is very professional, the horses are well taken care of, and the food service was very good. I also had to work with their customer service on an issue and it was by far the best customer service I have ever had from any business or corporation.
The show was excellent and the staff was amazing! Very enjoyable!
The food was another story. The seasoning on the chicken was terrible, the pork was dry, the corn was soggy and the potato was cold. Very disappointing meal. Left hungry.
Saw the Christmas show it was great! Steve was an amazing server!
Very good show before the main attraction. The whole show was spectacular. The best show in Pigeon Forge. Everyone treated us with respect and kindness.
Great shows and the food is just outstanding! We go to TN every year and visit the Stampede.
One of the premiere shows of the area. The place was filled to capacity for our show. However, they move people effectively. The group picture taking slowed the process.
The pre-show was a nice diversion as the capacity crowd was brought into the facility. We were then ushered to our shoe seating area.
The meal was cooked very well and served hot, as finger food. The staff was particularly well trained and cordial. This was first class country.
The show itself was thoroughly entertaining, especially if you like horses. The Christmas theme was dynamic. I would return again to this theater and recommend it to anyone.
Overall the experience was pretty good would recommend for younger audiences but as I am gluten free they were very accommodating the food is always chicken bread soup ham corn on the cob but the show was cheesy but good for large groups have fun
The staff is very friendly.
Great entertainment and the food is the best.
You get soup, biscuit, whole rotisserie chicken, smoked barbecue smoked loin, corn on the cob, herb baste potatoe and a dessert.
The show was good and also the food and i also loved the horses in the show and its a great place to go with your family and the waiters was really nice especially : travis :
Nice place. Dinner show really nice. Tickets was around 50-60 dollars per person. I guess they have kids prices.
Food was not good at all. I was hungry and I had a hard time choking it down. They only have cornish game hens or pork for the meal and you only get one slice of pork even if you opt not to get the hen...my wife didnt want the hen just the vegetables and the pork and he argued with her saying she could only have one or the other until he went and talked to his manager and she OK'd it immediately. Wife just didn't wanna waste the hen cause she wasnt gonna eat it. The show was decent and almost made the food palatable. Would have enjoyed it much more for 30 bucks instead of the 55 it costs.
