The service wasn't that good when making & paying for reservations by phone. They got it mixed up several times. The show & food is always delicious, but it would be nice to see a few changes to the show, especially after seeing it 6 times.

We really enjoyed this but would not recommend for kids under 3. Having to arrive so far in advance of showtime was hard even for my 3y/o. Food was fine, it's all about the experience and the show. Don't rush upstairs for the best seat, your tickets have a row assignment. All the seats seem great. Overall very enjoyable.

It's okay, but look for discount tickets food is decent, loved the soup and dessert. Show wasn't what I thought it would be but I have heard the Christmas show is fantastic so I may come back for that but the main show is kind of a one time thing. Would prefer a bit more discretion on tipping than an announcer telling you to tip and having servers walk down the line with hand held out. I think that was a bit much.

It was amazing the food was awesome the show was excellent and the service was exceptional I would recommend this to any one.
But watch out because you only get a fork for all your food with means you might need/want to use your hands. All in all it was amazing and would highly recommend to anyone even if you dont like Dolly
Plus its perfect for the children too.

Toe tapping good time. Staff was very friendly. The food was good. Only thing that I saw that could be addressed was that they only had one exit available to leave by, when the show was over.

I have been going here since I was a kid. It is my favorite thing to do in pigeon forge and I love being able to bring my girls to experience it as well. We will continue to come year after year.

We enjoyed the experience as well as the food. It is a must if you have never been. Also great way to get into the holiday spirit. The food is good as well. Would recommend for all ages. Just be sure to get tickets in advance as they do sell out quickly. Go early to see the other attractions before the show.

The pre show was so fun and entertaining it was the perfect way to lead up to the Main show which was spectacular! It was like nothing I'd ever seen before in my life. The food Was also delicious! Just a warning though for first timers you eat with your hands if you don't bring your own silverware lol. But everything is prepared in a way that it can be finger food, so to each their own on that point! They do have set wipes and plenty of napkins. My favorite part of the Christmas show was the Nativity Scene part. They had real sheep come out with the Shepard, and 3 real Camels that the 3 wise men came in riding on! It was Amazing. They also have things come done from the ceiling even people.. But I won't spoil it by telling EVERYTHING.. It is DEFINITELY something you want to go see at least once in your life!

Great show and food, this is our second time seeing the show and we were definitely not disappointed. Food was delicious and the show was amazing. Even had a nice pre show if you show up early enough. Had my family on the edge of their seats. Very entertaining and the guy Skeeter was incredibly funny and a blast to watch.

Great experience! Food was very good, which is surprising when you feed a few hundred people at once. Kids were glued on the show, which was highly entertaining. Worth the price of admission.

Show was good and enjoyed by both kids and adults. It is really an overall experience with seeing the horses in the stalls outside on the way in. Then the pre-show in Saloon area with the music from 3 talented artists. Moving into the main showroom with the scenery in the background, the cool air blowing, rustling trees and sound of a light rain set the mood. The main show is a balance of horse riding stunts, comedy, and a history lesson rolled in with a competition. The show has been watered down with a lot more audience participation action and less horse and stunt riding action. Show was nott as good as 4 or 5 years ago but still good.

The food was a generally good but a little disappointing for the price you pay. Creamy vegetable soup lacked flavor, while cornish hen size rotisserie chicken was great, 4" round 3/16" pork loin slice was dry, 1/2 roasted potatoe (well seasoned but no butter), corn on cob was crinkled already, and very good apple turnover for dessert. Plenty of food but not all-you-can eat or family style. You do get doggy bag to take home leftovers.

All in all .... good show ...generally good food. Kids loved it and enjoyed by adults. Not worth full price...but worth discounted Groupon price.

Excellent show. Eat with your hands during performance... I was a little skeptical at first but worked out just fine. I was so caught up in the show I didn't notice I was stuffing a whole chicken in my face. Didn't know I could do it until I was finished.
