Out standing hotel.
The staff are lovely and go out of their way to proforming miracles. The front of house manager Ali deserves a raise or promotion.
The distinction is currently operating as a isolation hotel for people returning to NZ but they haven't let their high standards slip

The rooms are big and clean, the restaurant is good and in the city center

Hotel located in the city center (next to the cathedral). Neat rooms, well laid out and clean. Staff very friendly, kind and helpful. I cannot give the fifth star because of the restaurant, in my opinion not up to the structure.

The shower was fixed, so I was not comfortable with my hair.

Called in for coffee. Incredible service from the staff.

Nice lush rooms, maybe a little dated bathrooms, but nice marble. Fast lifts and quiet environment to have a good night sleep.
(Have not tried the restaurant)

Awesome stay. Had a long one with me and they were incredibly accommodating. They also had a delightful Japanese mayo.

Could not fault this place! 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

For a business traveler, this hotel had everything I needed. Central air, hair-dryer and decent iron & board. Fast internet with no limits to data, speed or devices. Friendly staff. Close proximity to a tonne of good shops and cafes. Easy.

One think need to be improve is the lift itself. The door opened before the lift touch the ground

Love this hotel. So central especially as we walk everywhere. Exceptionally friendly staff and great facilities. Have had a drink in the bar 3 nights and eaten dinner in the restaurant 2 nights. Great restaurant service and food delicious. Could not fault a thing in this Hotel! Our room has a very comfy bed, amazing shower and tea making facilities. We will come here again when visiting Christchurch.

Very comfy hotel in the heart of town, very helpful staff( thank you to Yuki at the front desk), short walking distance to most local eateries and places of interest.

Probably the best looking hotel around this area, right next to the tramp station. Had live singer entertaining at the outside patio area and she was quite good !

Friendly front desk, great central location, spacious room, free WiFi, comfortable bed and great amenities. My only complaint is the shower is in the tub and the rose is pretty low, even for me (I have to crouch to wet my hair and I'm 5'6)

Absolutely beautiful hotel right in the heart of Christchurch. Modern, elegant decor. Stunning bathrooms. Very handy restaurant downstairs with really excellent food and wine. Really helpful staff. I was traveling for business and needed some last minute printing done, the reception staff did it for me no problem at all. Very highly recommended

This place is awesome. excellent staff, excellent service, nice ambiance and special mention to their restaurant..I tried and turned out delicious. Dont forget to try any dish from there. I bet you wont be disappointed.

I'm currently staying at this hotel as part of managed isolation. From when I checked in nearly 2 weeks ago the whole process has run very smoothly and without fault.The staff are very friendly and there have been some nice little touches; like the lollies for Halloween. Also the food has been very good and constant good communication. While you wont get the choice to stay here now I would reccomend this hotel after isolation ends.

The bath was full of hairs and the the male concierge was very rude.

Rooms are spacious and very nice but bathroom space is limited.

Right in the centre of town well what there is of it!! Hotel brilliant rooms great, bar stunning really needed that relaxing night after 25 days touring.

The reception staff was way too helpful but the price is too expensive especially the parking . Should give free parking to the guest after paying $300 a room and still asking more money for parking.

Depressing car park to look at. Brother also had a bad experience would not stay again.

The male recepcionists were really not friendly, and when going away I just made them notice that my bath was full of hair they just replied "sometimes we clean it sometimes not.. " , on the other hand the waiters were perfect expecially Amalia!!!
