Strategic hotel location. The morning tomb is delicious. The building is a bit old-fashioned

Nice service for everything, ....but if your room face to discovery mall, good to Ocean view, but bad for the straw machine/air condition(on the WALL of shoping mall) noise all the day.....recommend the hotel to improve it!

An interesting and decent hotel to stay in Bali. Its strategic location is in the Kuta area.

It is an old place with memories because you can see the specialties of Bali, air conditioner and good hiding personally, long time ago.

The hotel which is located in the center of Kuta street is very strategic near everywhere & many food vendors especially at night across the hotel there is a sea food culinary which is quite famous and it feels great too

I think it's good, but I get a room that doesn't work ... only 1 near the TV. the weird thing is actually the bathroom, the shower and bath are 1, so it's disgusting how about that, it's weird just showering using a shower over the bath. the sandals are nice and different from the other sandals, it's stylish if it's taken out. the room is comfortable, can be seen in the pool and beach ... so bagussss

I stayed for three nights, breakfast, good service, good cleaning, wide range of hotels, direct access to the beach and the largest SOGO shopping mall.

Well, as a day guest you do not seem to be really welcome, deluxe rooms were booked once in the direction of a private party held in the object and parked the second time.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the balcony overlooks the beach, breakfast can also be seen directly from the beach, and there is direct access to the beach too, close to the airport.

+Great location. Walking distance from mall, traditional market, Kuta beach, and restaurants.
+Nice view from room (sea / beach / sea + pool + garden)

-Room smells like thinner the first day, i'm guessing floor polish chemicals.
-Bed smells musty.
-Pool walls and waterfall pipes are mossy.
-Metal parts (doorknob, hinge, etc) throughout the room needs polishing to remove rust.
-Breakfast food is mediocre.

Overall, hotel looks dated and needs maintenance.

A convenient place for shopping and seeing the sunset

This hotel is huge and beautiful. It faces Kuta beach but you can't go directly to the sea through here. However, my mobile phone (local provider) doesn't get proper data connection. Good for you to have conference or meeting in its ballroom. It serves delicious food!

The place is very comfortable, the gala dinner is also delicious right on the beach of Kuta

The rooms are not what they once were, they have worn areas that badly need repair, the pool needs a very good clean and chemical boost. Pool furniture is old and dated for 5 star listed hotel. The new passageway security screens/doors detract greatly from the Balinese architecture and wonder what their purpose really is. Staff are still very friendly and helpful, I just think that the owners need to reinvest their money and carry out maintenance and repairs promptly before this could be classed even a 4 star hotel. Shower cubicle has a large degree of mould buildup in the tiling grout joints, needs to be properly cleaned.

Comfortable with a large swimming pool and direct access to the beach

Tasty and spacious .. but minus the signal .. signal is difficult, the wifi doesn't even reach the room ... we are on the 2nd floor ... maybe you can ask for the 1st or 3rd floor at a glance .. longer with the wifi ..

Strategically near the airport next to the mall view is good.

Although the breakfast is good as well as the pool, I found that the rooms are uncleanly especially as there is a cockroach infestation in our bathroom, they are coming out of the drains and sink and crawling into our belongings. Absolutely disgusting.

Update: the employees immediately deep cleaned our room after complaining about the cockroaches. They still lingered around but not as much. They were also really apologetic and allowed us to check out at 7pm instead of 10am, which proved helpful as our flight was at 11pm

The bathroom has no drains, the water is stagnant. The rooms are not good, very small for a 5 star hotel room standard, the breakfast is not super good.

I stayed here in 2015, room without window, other guests brought prostitutes to the rooms. In the hall of the hotel he always saw rare ones passing by.

We booked this hotel twice and are really happy with it. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast is amazing with many varieties of fruits, juices, indonesian dishes etc.

Not worthy of your stay.

The front officer was helpful but the guards at the lobby entrance need an improvement. They should not look down on people from how they dress or what car they drive.

Furthermore, you will get a door bell ring on your door in the morning during your sleep waking you up to ask the time you want to check out (although the front officer already asked you) which that could be understandable if they want the guests to check out on time.(12pm check out time) but the next second door bell ring for checking the minibar is unacceptable. Why this hotel really want the guests to leave.

Accept for the location that close to the shopping mall, I have to regret that my staying here is a big mistake. I didn t expect the 28 years operated hotel to have service like this. I should have paid a little bit more to stay in the newer and more professional in service than this hotel.
