extremely quiet! great place to go if you're bored, and have time to spare. I'd recommend watching a movie there as the popcorn and tickets are pretty cheap. However, the shows and games in the museum itself are lacking, to say the least. many of the games and shows look and are extremely outdated. all of the action cut scenes looked like they were made from a group of secondary school students running around their hdb block with a camera. don't get me wrong, when you go inside the place. initially it looks very futuristic and cool. After trying out the games though (aside from the 4 planets one) you realise most of them are either lacking in creativity( the MANY boring quiz games available) or simply seem outdated, in terms of technology ( that horrible game with the paddle controller). Additionally, I'd recommend you skip the bus tour cause you'd see the exact same things if you were to drive around pasir ris park in your aunties car while she explains things like 'this is a field where people play soccer' and 'that is a library where people study AND read'. All in all, fun place to go if you prefer going to places less explored in singapore.

I like to visit this place be'cos it bring some feeling of National Education on Total Defence ; etc. Beside that the Ground support of the Senior Guest Associates is very professional & service oriented. Thank --you.

Had a great time here with my family. Free entry for Singaporeans and permanent residents. Educational and informative exhibits. Interactive too. Set aside at leaat 2 hours here. Exhibit on Singapore in celebration of National Day 2018 is great! U can do a quiz and get a chance to win fun packs. Paintball activity is no longer available. IWerks theatre offers local films and current blockbusters. Discounted tickets for citizens and PRs. Only 1 theatre so limited showtimes. U can also join a bus tour of SAFTI which is just nearby.

On a public holiday when they could be spending time with their families to watch the Nat'l Day Parade, nonetheless.

Pleasantly surprised that there's a cinema here. The staff here were very friendly. Don't bother with the 4D simulation, it is not worth S$10. Try to go during weekday for the SAFTI bus tour as you will be able to see army training in action.

Singapore Discovery Centre made me discovered that...

Singapore Discovery Centre made me discovered that the Singapore government is very rich. The air conditioning is on at full blast even though the huge 5000 sqm premises are empty of people on a weekend.
The exhibits and visual displays are dated but well maintained, and the whole area is generally clean.
The whole place is devoid of visitors but it was kept running anyway with a full staff strength. Good for a nice but lonely visit to discover how rich Singapore is, and you can end the trip in the outdoor cafeteria, which provides an excellent view of a man-made lake...
Situated at a desolate location where even birds choose not to lay eggs.

Good place for family to spend time here. While enjoying the facilities available, they can learn many new things! The place is not crowded and this means the place is quiet and peaceful. Come here if you want to avoid the crowd.
