DIRECTV ARGENTINA ... THE WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AN EMPLOYEE CAME TO YELL AT ME BECAUSE I WAS CLAIMING FOR A PREPAID TEAM THAT PURCHASES AND PAYS AND NEVER SENT ME. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE TEAM FOR TWO MONTHS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH TO RETURN THE MONEY PAID. THE SELLERS (MARIA LAURA RODRIGUEZ AND CLAUDIA) NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS TO ME. ONCE THE SALE WAS MADE ... THEY WASHED THEIR HANDS.

DIRECT TV ARGENTINA:

-I canceled the service after 50 minutes of phone waiting.
-They gave me a low number. At the time, they called my house for 3 months claiming the debit balance. I passed the unsubscribe number repeatedly and nothing.
-They called from a phantom law firm claiming debt (I sent an email to the Argentine studio / direct tv with the unsubscribe information and nothing.
- VERAZ notification arrived for debit balance with embargo warning.

Bad service is cut with the rain (as a public witness a photo
of today where I lost the signal on the three Led tv). If you want to unsubscribe, you can do it only by phone, and when I did it, they went from operator to operator (seven people), for more than an hour on the phone.

They are shameless thieves there is no one to attend to you (only a chat on WhatsApp) I paid 31 days they left me without balance after 15 days. I have no answer

The truth is a shame nobody attends you, the WiFi signal is bad, you call to warn and they put a computer that does not solve anything and on top of that, the service they offer is re expensive and does not comply with what they charge you
