My wife and I did some extensive research/shopping prior to investing a good amount of money into our windows and doors project. We were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism exhibited by Barry L and Eugene. We sent in our drawings, got the quote within a few hours, which was very reasonable and we decided to procced. The installers did an immaculate job, led by Master Installer Denys and his crew. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous to our property as well as their surroundings. Barry was excellent to deal with, very professional. He quoted an excellent price and the final products installed are beautiful. The crew that did the installation showed up on time, explained what they were doing, finished same day and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Direct Pro windows and doors. Direct Pro Window Installed my window year ago and it's leaking air during winter. we call them to fix since one year no one want to listen. their installer asked me that this leaking is minor you have to survive with it. I would suggest do not waste your time and Money with DIRECT PRO WINDOWS and door. Their managers and agents are great cheaters. only advise which benefit them. After my first review the company Rey me that it was wrong choice of window by me but when their agent was arrive my place he pushed me to choose window because we are not window expert which one good or bad. Whatever their salesman Vladimir and Eugene advise we agree to select window. We do not know their sales team working to see only their commission not good choice towards customer. Their agent advise us and we agreed to install window upon their demonstration. After now one years Direct pro window GM called and excuse that our choice was wrong. How come your sales person not advise is for the right one. Even we told them we need window as the older one was there but they convinced us to showing benefit and make us choose bad one. I suggest please please do not go with DIRECT PRO. They all are one family and showing excuses after job done. If their mistake why they do not accept and fix the issues. Window is.long term investment and need to make right choice. I do not recommend anyone to go Direct pro until they fix my problem.
Replacement of 8 windows and 4 recapped. The installers are hard working and did a great job. Barry the representative was funny and easy going and knowledgeable. We received fantastic customer service and all the staff we dealt with was very friendly.

Direct Pro Windows and Doors is a terrible company. We have had a nightmare of an experience with them. We purchased new windows and doors (including exterior trimming) for our house on Dupont Street from this company for ~$12,000. We were told they would be installed within 2 weeks. They took over 3 MONTHS to arrive. We paid an extra ~$2,000 for installation. This company never completed the installation. See the pictures below. They refuse to finish the job. And to make things worse, our roofer told us the installation was done wrong and we need to remove and re-install the sliding doors on our second floor to prevent water from leaking into our house. Look at the pictures below. Does this job look complete?
From initial sales to installation and clean-up, Direct Pro did a fantastic job of providing options and information. Eugene was always available for further questions or clarifications and was involved throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. The installation team was extremely knowledgeable.
