Direct Pro Windows and Doors is a terrible company...

Direct Pro Windows and Doors is a terrible company. We have had a nightmare of an experience with them. We purchased new windows and doors (including exterior trimming) for our house on Dupont Street from this company for ~$12,000. We were told they would be installed within 2 weeks. They took over 3 MONTHS to arrive. We paid an extra ~$2,000 for installation. This company never completed the installation. See the pictures below. They refuse to finish the job. And to make things worse, our roofer told us the installation was done wrong and we need to remove and re-install the sliding doors on our second floor to prevent water from leaking into our house.
