Work conditions are bad, this is basically a sweatshop, you can basically get unlimited overtime is the only reason I stuck around for about 10 months. No decent way to work your way up in the company, unless your family or friends with management. 2 stars if you don't want to work overtime as you may be forced to work some.

Never seen so much incompetence and lack of interest in one spot, dragging time, waiting for hrs after my appointment to get my loaded trailer.

Great place to work. They have very high safety and quality standards and they do superior work for their clients.

I spent most of my nights at DMS. I like to call my crew the DMS triple D's. In laser, its quite a place to be in. From the air conditioning being on 24/7 to the 3900s running at full speed can make the room quite noisy and cold at night. My crew, we get a lot of things done for the 12 hours that we are there for. And I get to be there with my old man which is nice to be able to see him around because we don't really spend much time outside of work. Times fly when you're having fun and we always are in night shift which is the reason why I gave this review a 5 stars.

Never never and never 11h for a pick up and still in the dock they will tell you every 2 hours yea we try our best and yea we understand......I will never never and again never take loads for them stupid people stupid people and I will keep saying stupid people......they will lie to you like I sad stupid people
