Horrible management, very disrespectful towards employers. I wouldn t recommend working here at all. The night shift manager and hr representative is very disrespectful. If you want to be treated like trash and talked to Like a child, then be my guest. Both of the night shift managers are too busy boo loving in the office that they can t tend to their business. They will accuse you of lying even with proof of documentation? Just to give you a reason to give you a point.
I like the fact you have a delivery time set and you are unloaded promptly at your appointment.
I wonder if this people giving like are the truck loader????.... Where is the people comment inside the shift doing the hard work?? I can't understand for what the laddy with her kid went through when her baby sick. People don't let any company humiliate you your rights!
Really not a bad place to work. Come to work everyday on time and do your work efficiently you'll go far. Employees and management is alright in my book. 3 13 hour days option for overtime and if not look forward to 4 days off!
Great company to work for! Everyone is dedicated and working hard to meet clients mail date. We have overcome many obstacles, always managed to meet our goals.
I worked for about 5 months and the best experience I had was to meet the human resources staff. The manager of my shift was not good or bad, the supervisor Danny H. was the worst person I have ever met in my life, much favoritism and discrimination, always the same people in easy jobs and the same people in the worst jobs. Working in that place helped me know where to NEVER return. I do not explain how there are people who can give them five stars. If I could give them zero stars I would do that.
I worked for them one year. Very disrespectful to employees, worked the day before and day after the holiday didn't get paid . The supervision at night has the secretary running things and they tell all your personal business. Just awful
I feel like the higher ups need to do a thorough inventory with the nightshift and learn what all is going on with Lettershop. For one, the Nightshift manager has a very nasty disposition and tends to over abuse his authority just bc his uncle works there. Also, you can not get no where in there bc if you re not willing to lie on someone, or friends of staff you will not get ahead in there. Nightshift Lettershop manager has his picks. He makes it very uncomfortable for some. While giving urinalysis to others, he needs to be submitting one. Wasn t a orderly environment on Nightshift with Lettershop due to the over abuse of the manager. Easy money but who wants to go through all the unprofessionallism that goes on on that shift.
