Vry bad experience!!!! Fish dishes are worse then worse!!! Service is vryyy bad,,.. Totally disappointed..

It's a nice place to eat. The service is quite good here.

They don't even deserve 1 star for the service.... We are waiting since 1 hour , not even got starter/juice we ordered

I have ordered Babycorn manchury, the quantity was too less with high price of RS. 165. In menu rate was 150. When I asked him why rate is different, he is not listening me.

Food was good, pricing is okay. Ambience is great. Some dishes here feel like awesome which are Chopsey, Shawarama, Etc. Try to avoid chicken fried rice if possible, because we felt chicken is very dry and stock, apart from that we felt everything is good.

Very neat and clean restaurant. Delicious food items available, especially Kerala cuisine.

For me, the hotel I love to dine in Bagalur main road, for the taste and varieties. I don't appreciate much for the table cloth neatness. But by food, I would go again.

While the food is all right, their service is very poor. Had ordered lunch at 2 pm with a promise of delivery within 30 minutes and had to wait till 4 pm to get it as free home delivery .. Made 3 repeated calls to remind them and was about to cancel the order. It was a disappointing experience for me. Price is slightly expensive..

Beautiful interior and service is also good. Compared to potenza, rate is more in Dine spot restaurant

Good and delicious food with excellent ambience creation with quality and health vegetables and meat. Everyone should the experience the food taste there and send feedbacks

Price may be slight costly but it's worth the taste.

Good place. Good food. Great variety. Speciality is Shawarma rolls, grilled chicken and south indian delicacies

It will be good for you if you give more attention to your service.

Problems we faced:-
1) Long waiting after ordering.
2) Irresponsible and untidy staffs. They were serving plates which they just wiped with their own hands, not even using a tissue for it.
3) We had to wait long for glasses itself to have some water.
4) Two times they changed the glasees as we noticed remanants of food in it.
5) When we asked for some hot water , we were served in an uncleaned vessel. And the hot water served also contained some dirt in it.
6) Food quality wasn't up to mark.
7) Only one good thing which I could say was food was not very costly.

Now when if you are a responsible person (Manager or owner) when u happen to ask about these issues to your staffs, they may say it happened on a rush day. For that they should know how to handle customers in like that situation.

I would like to make special request to the owner to rectify this issues and make sure no one else faces similar problems.

Everything is good... Except the chicken fried rice... It tastes bad and it's nothing like a Chinese fried rice..

Very very irresponsible staffs and the service was bad.

But the food was good.

This is the second time it's happening with me first time I was over charged for extra biryani for which I had to go back to resturant to get my money back. Also they denied to give a new bill .
Second time I ordered from Swiggy and an item was missing from order .
Also to mention waiting time inside restaurant or any online delivery is more than an hour .
I hope the management and also swiggy takes this in consideration .

Taste is good at Dine spot and fulfilling , but a little costly.

Located in dwaraka nagar towards reva college from bagalur cross , I am impressed with their decent interiors and ambience, their menu has huge variety of foods from Chinese, Indian, Arabian to malabar. I ordered for grill chicken , prawns , squid and coin porotta(my favourite) in the end I ordered lemon tea.both quality and quantity is good. Pricing is moderate. They have decent seating capacity. Only con is parking four wheeler on weekend. They have very limited parking.

Only tried just one dish, thats veg kadhai, and that was good. Place is clean, staff is friendly, and service is nice.

Awesome food the shawarma roll is great but they do keep increasing the price after one months
