Quality work at affordable prices. Highly recommended!

Former employee.. was laid off one week before Christmas. Wasn't given any reason or explanation as to why besides "things are slow" "it's nothing personal".. for the brief time I worked there I saw atleast 4 employees come and go. I was the most experienced of four apprentices and was let go before two others who were less experienced then myself.I commuted a hour and a half each way via train public transportation which I thought showed some of my dedication but clearly not. Was told not to come into the shop to clock in or out Many times for the simple fact the owner wanted to save a couple bucks by not having to pay me for travel time. Which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Because I wasn't able to clock in and out I was shorted on the amount of hours I worked.. also on multiple occasions my co workers were not able to complete jobs on time due to bad measuresments they were given by their superiors.Not bad people but could be ran more efficiently..

I cannot agree more with other reviewers who gave 1 star. I made an appointment with this company, and I waited 4 hours during that window. No one showed up, nor called! Will never use them. That also makes me think twice Home Advice's recommendations.

This place came highly recommend but what a disappointment. Had a scheduled 12pm appointment at my home and no one showed up or even called. I called the office and they wanted to reschedule. I scheduled the appointment around my lunch time and I can not waste my time driving back and forth if no one is going to show up. Will have to find another custom glass place that knows how to treat customers

Does not fulfil oral contractual obligation by datind/marrying office manager in order to deney truth in discussions and deal negotiations. Prices high. check elsewhere.. sad but true.

I contacted Dimensions in Glass to replace a window in my home. They were immediately responsive and were able to come at my convenience. Their work was meticulous. They were exceptionally professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them for additional projects.

The job was done on time and at the price quoted. The two people who visited us (one to measure, one to install) were both professional and friendly. The gentleman who installed the shower door did a truly great job, and neat as could be.

Had a mirror I needed fixed, they took care of it the day I called for a fair price, in a timely fashion. Insanely nice staff. Highly recommend.
