I can't say anything in a hurry, but I will try. Joel Thomas is a very professional trial attorney who fought 8 years in the workers comp system to get me what I deserved. I worked as a legal assistant to Joel Thomas several years ago he was awesome but the firm was too. They really care about their clients.

Extremely disappointed with the entire process took nearly 2 years I thought I was paying them to handle the paperwork meanwhile I was getting all the work and paperwork from my doctors to the attorneys they said it was to "save me money" yet I still got charged for it!! I might as well handled my own case! to my understanding my case was passed down to 2/3 different lawyers! I was under the impression the whole time that I had a good solid case only to wind up with 2k! What a joke Towards the end it felt like my case was just rushed and they wanted to get it over with what a waste of time such a disappointment!

I don't know if my review was removed from Google. But I remember making one. Anyhow, I only give them 1 star because they handled 2 of my P.I. cases that took them over 1 year 1/2 to settle. My cases were just sitting on a desk. They kept giving me the same story. Tossed from one attorney to another. Never even got my child's carseat that the attorney promised to get on my total loss vehicle. Then, to top it off because of their fault my driver's license was suspended for a year ( I didn't even know it was suspended- I found when I was renewing my insurance) for having sent an incomplete form to the DMV. I had to eventually step into their office to have one of the attorney's to speak with the DMV. Such an inconvenience. I'd say you can find yourself another attorney. They took 7k for my 12k settlements & my medical Bill's were 4-5k. Insane right? What a rip off and it's not worth the wait.

I contacted the DAM firm when I was getting the run around from my employers work comp doctors. First a gentleman named sergio came to my house. And explained what they charge and what services they'd provide and reminded me that legal issues take time and to be patient. I had a million questions and a quick email to the office always got me a response within 48 hours. Which made my life easier than playing phone tag. Am I happy with my settlement. no. I have an injury that will bother me for life. But do I think the DAM firm did everything to get me the max settlement. YES hands down. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had the chance to go back and start over. I was so scared I would be left high and dry because my employer is a HUGE company and very very well known. Although the work comp adjuster was the sweetest lady. She wasnt budging on the settlement offer. yet somehow the dam firm got me.more money. Thank you so much I would reccomend y'all a thousand times because you really worked in my best interest.

I retained this firm for a very complicated workers comp case. I was promised communication and updates from the case manager and attorney which I rarely if ever got. I was denied MY choice of treating doctor from the MPN so I never received any care for over a year which caused additional complications that should / could of been reduced or eliminated. I was lied to by the attorney on several occasions. Little follow through. I would rate this firm even lower than 1 star if possible. They may be good at car accidents but avoid them for workers comp. they are simply not worth the additional aggravation over and above having a catastrophic injury like I sustained. Might be good if you only need a bandaid. Wish I had never heard of this firm. DAM firm is pretty accurate.

I can say that very disappointed by the first time I was hai, I attended Guillemor and left me waiting for half an hour while he attended a call supposedly 5 minutes took half an hour and never arrived. I had it. I definitely do not recommend it.

Honesty is a trait hard to find these days but I found it here and it's appreciated by me. I went to Larry Parker first and they did nothing for 6 months accept screw up my case. Luckily I found DiMarco Araujo Montevideo, fired LP and a month later my case was closed and a fat check was in my hands along with some great advise from my attorney just given to me. If you want honesty and efficiency from your attorney, go nowhere else.
