Last week I bought a beautiful occasion at Dijker. Clear agreements made in advance and these are also neatly fulfilled top !! I came from the south for the occasion, a drive of 3 hours but certainly worth it. Pleasantly helped by seller Menno, thank you for this (already by telephone in advance). Treated very professionally by this garage where it is sometimes different with others.

Experience 1:
Unfortunately very bad experience with the Bmw Dijker workshop. Have a malfunction diagnosis carried out for almost 100 euros! The diagnosis showed that the fault in the tensioner resistance was too high. The workshop chief has concealed the possible cause of this malfunction and proposed a follow-up appointment. With no technician background I found out the cause via the internet and solved it myself. Then have the fault read out and reset at another BMW specialist for a very small amount.
I have been a customer of Dijker, but I will never come here again.

The response from BMW Dijker below is incorrect. I informed the chief mechanic during the diagnosis of a new interior from a damaged car. In addition, a good chief mechanic would have seen at a glance that the seat belt pretensioners were activated, as they retract 6 to 8 cm.
BMW Dijker keeps coming up with lies, even in the response to my review.

It is a pity that you react in this way and do not honestly admit your mistakes. We therefore distance ourselves from Bmw Dijker.
We looked for a Mercedes M and received a friendly welcome, but the trade-in of our own car is done at dealer prices! , you get an offer what to do with the car and this is non-negotiable.
NO Bovag warranty on a car from 22,000 euros? , you can take out some kind of hazy insurance for 495 euros for that.
No thought I was at a reputable dealer.
Still look a little further for a company that does give good trade-in and warranty.
Very good. Always correctly helped by everyone. Recommended. You may think I have connections with Dijker BMW, but that is absolutely not the case. Simply great.
