Jay and Brenton at Digital Bay are fantastic! In the past they have spent literally hours with me teaching me how to work our phone systems at work in order to help us be a little more independent with managing the smaller things.

Yesterday I submitted a ticket to get help with setting my phone up in my home office. Jay called me within minutes and set me up with the supplies I needed (even met me after hours) and instructed me on how to set up my phone at home. With his help I had my phone set up through my home router within 10 minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

We had moved offices here at Miracle Ear, it was just down the hall and we had Charter come and our I.T guy and no one would punch out some lines for us and I had called around and not going to say who I called but they wanted over $1700 to do it and not sure they really knew what they were talking about, so obviously I wanted to call some place else, and our I.T guy told me hey check Digital Bay out they are right in Onalaska. So with hesitation I called and Jay answered and without hesitation he said sure we can send someone out right away to take a look at it. So, I was nervous thinking wow, what if they cant help us either and we had no phones, no printer, fax, scanner or my cc machine. I was needless to say worried. But John came in and very nice and so I told him and showed him what needed to be done and he said okay. I will get right to it. And so I walked into our phone line room where he was and he said yeah Im getting it done. I was so happy and yes he did get it done. It was literally 15-20 min and we were all hooked up and everything was working. Thanks a million to Digital Bay for all your help and also it was only $150.00. Ha! So nice. I totally recommend them. Was struggling with our phones working both from home and in the office with Covid19. Jay set me up with VOIP with Intermedia. I'm lovin' Intermedia voip. I had to dumb down the sophisticated auto attendant to make it behave like our previous simple system, but Intermedia support talked me through making the changes myself, so now I know how to put it back together the way I want it. The configuration possibilities are incredible. The support pages are massive but a bit daunting. Being able to use and control my office phone with my cell phone, and on all of my computers allows me to use my office phones just about anywhere. The Yealink desk phone hardware is great too. Send & receive office faxes from anywhere, text messaging to and from my office phone number instead of my personal cell phone, quick & simple video conferencing, encrypted file backup. Haven't yet tried Intermedia's MS Office, Email, Domain & Identity & access management services. Should have listened to Jay about this 7 years ago

Can't say enough great things about Digital Bay and their team! They are more than helpful when assisting our facility with technical issues, and make sure to try and teach us how to resolve the issues on our own so we can attempt to fix things in the future. They are always readily available and very responsive when they are needed.
