We had moved offices here at Miracle Ear, it was just down the hall and we had Charter come and our I.T guy and no one would punch out some lines for us and I had called around and not going to say who I called but they wanted over $1700 to do it and not sure they really knew what they were talking about, so obviously I wanted to call some place else, and our I.T guy told me hey check Digital Bay out they are right in Onalaska. So with hesitation I called and Jay answered and without hesitation he said sure we can send someone out right away to take a look at it. So, I was nervous thinking wow, what if they cant help us either and we had no phones, no printer, fax, scanner or my cc machine. I was needless to say worried. But John came in and very nice and so I told him and showed him what needed to be done and he said okay. I will get right to it. And so I walked into our phone line room where he was and he said yeah Im getting it done. I was so happy and yes he did get it done. It was literally 15-20 min and we were all hooked up and everything was working. Thanks a million to Digital Bay for all your help and also it was only $150.00. Ha! So nice. I totally recommend them. Thanks again guys.
