Had reason to visit for a Samsung Galaxy Tablet repair - the charging port had been damaged and dropped in to see Gavin at the PC clinic desk.

After a free inspection, left the tablet with him on the Wednesday - next day I was called to say it was ready to collect, which I did on the Friday! 2 days all done.

Prior to this I spoke to an extremely knowledgeable and courteous receptionist on the phone, who put me right on the procedure and advised on the best approach in my case. Ten out of ten for customer service here I thought.

Great place for discounted products, but also great for repairs! Got my phone screen repaired there and it was done very quickly. Very welcoming staff, commicated via email and phone before during and after repair as needed. Excellent price as compared with others too. I would recommend!

We bought an Ultra HD TV from Digiland and the staff helped us from beginning to end - finding out what we wanted from a TV, looking at the options and then helping us decide on the right one for us....and we love it!
We also got a fantastic sound bar that was on sale - will always go here first in future.
