Had reason to visit for a Samsung Galaxy Tablet repair - the charging port had been damaged and dropped in to see Gavin at the PC clinic desk.

After a free inspection, left the tablet with him on the Wednesday - next day I was called to say it was ready to collect, which I did on the Friday! 2 days all done.

Prior to this I spoke to an extremely knowledgeable and courteous receptionist on the phone, who put me right on the procedure and advised on the best approach in my case. Ten out of ten for customer service here I thought.
