Their rides frequently break down. We previously used them but found them unreliable.

Attempted to address concerns with staff they get defensive like their employees never make error - purchased a family pass to include 5 admissions and 5 ride wrist bands,(have had previous issues with staff so finally doing something about it) Went on ladies night so 2 males 1 female so my pass had 2 check marks on 1and2 respectfully for admission for the men went to the Customer Service booth for the wristbands and the employee took the pass and stamped ALL 5 boxes for wristbands and only gave 3 (the number in our party). Well this was not correct attempted to address this since we had two people en route to meet us and we needed the other two stamps available, when addressed with the Deggeller employee that we only had the three he shouldn't have stamped 5, he firmly stated "Thats the rules not move along" well that didn't sit well so we tried again and he did the same but more firmly, now we had a line behind us. I fear this gentleman made a mistake and didn't want to admit it as when we called the fair office the following day if he had just said something to someone then and there the fair office could have replaced our pass. As it stands now our pass is no good paid $80 for 2 admissions and three wristbands; called and talked to their employee Mr. Campbell and he defended his people (customer is not always right) and claimed he would call back that never happened. As this all happened on a Wednesday and the ticket is only good on weekdays and the fair closed on Saturday well even now there is now possible way to fix this is there? Not when they don't return calls nor answer their phone until after 4pm. This was me giving them a second chance after having many issues after our last visit, employee spilled a drink when shoving it through a window at me several people witnessed and stated so yet the Deggeller staff chose to believe their staff member over all others. this evening was informed that their staff would never say anything like this (implying my sons and friend and including three they met there were ALL lying) despite the fact I have the ticket with the same star punch on all five squares and the three bands as they used a different punch and color bands each day, expected me to return home from traveling, attend fair during lightening storm no not going to trust you after you called my son a liar just now and then turned around and offered me wrist bands not attendance which he messed up too. Never again and spreading the word she was rude had the nerve to say I didn't give them time to take care of the matter. Did try to talk to the supervisor Jaime but hey that's like a brick wall.

The rides are always down so that our kids can't ride them witch is a disappointment for me

They are not ADA compliant will never get my business again

Still waiting on my pay for working. Have helped out for 7 years now and never an issue. This year was disappointed in how some employees can walk all over spot help. I come out from my everyday job to help take some pressure off the crew. I don't do it for me. Having to be at my regular job very early I asked for my pay a little sooner so I could make it on time. Didn't matter nobody seemed to understand someone having to be at work outside of themselves.

Thank yall for coming to Pensacola Fl. Had alot of fun tonight. Took my granddaughter and she had a blast.

This fair comes to our county every year with their bs prices and little bit of rides! Off with their heads already...they are a joke

While in volusia county, one of their ride operators was obviously under the influence. I went to their office and made a report. They did nothing about it. If you put your child on one of their rides , you could be gambling with your child s life. These people are totally incompetent.
