Awesome place. Staff is very friendly. Keeps appointment on time, you don t have to wait. Will definitely recommend.

I am not having any problems with my braces so far. Everything is going nice and smoothly. All of the doctors are nice. I love the idea of points because it motivates me to brush better and take better care of my mouth. The one negative thing that is going to be a challenge is being taken out for school. I was taken out at 2 for an appointment at 2:30 and it didn't count as a day appointment. I don't want to miss any of my classes but all of my free periods are at the end of the day. Other than that I am very pleased with all of the services.

WISH I COULD GIVE 1 STAR!!! EVERY TIME I COME I GET A NEW PERSON!! THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY TEETH!!! EVERYTIME DR. DIFRANCO SAYS MY TEETH LOOK GOOD, BUT THEY WOULD NOT TAKE OFF MY BRACES!!!!!!!!! MY DENIST TOLD ME I WOULD ONLY NEED THEM FOR 1 YEAR BUT HE KEPT THEM ON FOR 3 YEARS!!! AND I DID EVERYTHING I NEEDED!! DONT GO HERE!!

Dr. DiFranco and his staff are extremely professional and want perfection when it comes to fixing smiles! They do a great job of making the patients feel comfortable.

We were referred to Dr. Di Franco for an assessment on my daughters need for braces etc. Dr. Di Franco and his office staff are friendly and thorough. We never felt rushed and walked away knowledgeable of the process. The entire experience was positive and comfortable. I love their incentive/rewards program to encourage young patients to take responsibility for the achieving best possible outcome. I also appreciate that they assessed the cost of the work needed, and provided a preliminary breakdown of the patients monetary responsibility after considering insurance coverage. They made this process very easy so far. Can't wait to see the final smile!

Cara was wonderful! Dr. DiFranco was down to earth and friendly. They definitely motivated him to take better care of his teeth. I haven't seen him ever brush that long :).

My daughter was nervous about getting braces, after meeting Dr. Difranco and his staff she was very excited. I feel very confident with my decision in choosing Dr. Difranco.

Once again, the staff is so great at the office. Our scheduled "long" appointment turned out to be only 15 mins! I brought paperwork with me to finish, and I didn't even have enough time to use the highlighter that the ladies at the front desk so graciously let me borrow! :)

This is my beginning of Journey to getting braces and when the assistant, Mary Ann, called me in to the office she told me that I had to take new pictures, but when she said that she sounded very nice. Then, when the pictures were taken she told my father and I that she would go get Dr. DIFranco. Before he walked in I was really nervous. When DR. DIFraco walked in he made feel at ease by making me laugh and asking me if I had any questions. By the end of the visit he asked me if I was ready for braces and I said yes!

Doctor DiFranco is always there and knows everybody by name. His system is very efficient and you get what you need done and you're out of there. The best waiting room if you have kids also!

I wish I would have known about this fantastic establishment when my then 13 year old was getting braces. DiFranco's office staff and specialist treat patients well and have an amazing payment plan. Plus their hours are a bit more flexible compared to other Orthodontists who work once or twice a week. I highly recommend them.

I would give zero star if I could. The dentist prescribed deep cleaning service with 4 appointments. Their hygienist condensed to 3 appointments and did a horrible job (I could still see plaque all over, imagine what I couldn't see under the gum). When I complained the hygienist was so rude she stood there and yelled at me for 10 minutes.

And when I complained to the dentist he said he could see the plaques but did nothing and then told me he would fix it if I do $5000 additional work with them!

Always professional, always entertaining, always a pleasure to visit Dr. DiFranco and his crew!

Kind and professional service; warm, friendly office staff and environment; lots of current magazines(!). Clear explanations of treatment plan and contract. Helpful out-of-school time appointments half the time. Expensive--but probably in line with other providers.

am a 47 year old woman and never had braces. I decided to do Invisalign after researching it. Teeth are a pretty important part of one's appearance and correcting some misalignment goes a long way in improving one's appearance. I went to Dr. DiFranco because my daughters had their braces there and it is a very organized office. They had so many options for payments that most people can afford to fix their teeth if they need or want to. The staff is top notch. Everyone is very friendly. I just finished my last tray and had permanent retainers put on the insides of my teeth to keep them straight. I am very happy with my results and with this office. It's never too late to do something for yourself and I am living proof.

Three kids and three perfect smiles. Office staff is awesome. Dr. DiFranco is fabulous. Would highly recommend!!!

I can't say enough about DiFranco Orthodontics! From the beginning until today when my son's braces came off has been the best experience I have ever had. Dr DiFranco made her teeth beautiful. She receives compliments all of the time and people are always asking her "Who did your teeth?" In fact, last year she was voted "Best Smile" in her 8th grade year book!!! More importantly Dr DiFranco didn't say good bye after her braces came off, he continues follow up visits to make sure her teeth are behaving as they should be. Thanks Dr DiFranco!! DiFranco's office is great! It's so clean and the people there are so nice! They always have smiles on their faces, and are always in a positive energetic mood (and definitely put me in one too)! All the girls there (and Dr. DiFranco too) really seem to have fun with their job, but still get all their work done. Sometimes you'll even catch them singing along with the radio that is playing. Everyone starts and carries on a conversation which make me feel comfortable and welcomed there! Speaking of welcoming, when I walk into the office, the girls at the desk immediately welcome me! They are so nice! I sure give Difranco's office, the employees, and, of course, Dr. Difranco ten stars! My mom gives them ten stars too! She also adds that you guys are "Fabulous!"

Great experience from beginning to end! No complaints - easy to schedule appointments and always accommodating with any conflicts/requests. Dr DiFranco is great to work with - very happy with the entire experience!

Dr. Difranco and his staff are always very kind and make you feel comfortable. They keep to appointment times better than any other doctor's office I've visited. My only wish is that would be more flexible with scheduling appointments in the evening and on Saturdays.

As always, our visit at Dr. DiFranco's office was great. My son had forgotten his login information and Kim was able to reset his password. The staff was very informative and provided the usual feedback following his appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. DiFranco and his team to anyone looking for orthdontics.

Very good. I got my braces off and my teeth ended up amazing. I don't think my teeth would've ended up as nice had i gone to another place.It took three years due to the nature of my teeth structure but it was worth it. Additionally, in the three years I picked up better habits in regards to caring for my teeth and now I still keep the same habits I learned with braces when I have them off. I'm very appreciative of the treatment I got, it was excellent and they really cared on it ending up perfect. The staff was very kind too and guided me through the whole journey.

As an adult who needs braces I expected this experience to be torturous but everyone at dr. DiFranco's office was wonderful and made my visit so pleasant! Sheila, who I spoke to on my first visit is wonderful, helpful, informative, just lovely! My second visit Sue helped with finances and was also wonderfully helpful and sweet! Michelle and dr. Di Franco put my braces in and Michelle was quick, informative and made it all painless and stress free! Dr. DiFranco was also very nice, worked fast and made me feel good about my teeth, my braces, everything. Wonderful staff all around. I'm happy to be their patient.

Dr. Paul is an excellent orthodontist extremely knowledgeable! A doctor you can trust and expect the best results possible! Staff is always nice and polite. My appointments were always on time which is a plus for me with a busy schedule. Very easy to schedule and reschedule if needed. I would def recommend you will not be disappointed!

We Love Dr. DiFranco and his awesome staff! We have 4 children, started coming to the office over 9 years ago! We drive from Lake Zurich to the office, worth all the traffic and the 80 minute around trip! Still have 2 more kids to start treatment and couldn't even think of moving to an orthodontist closer! I would drive 3+ hours to see Dr. DiFranco and his staff, because the outcome is beautiful prefect straight teeth. Never thought that would of been possible on our 1st visit with my oldest son. 0-10. hurt my teeth very bad. would rate 0 if i could. difranco was always very mean and made my child cry after every appointment! way to expensive for the terrible job that was done. my son had his braces for 5 years and they looked good after 2. big scam! only nice one there is sheila! one time my son came home with his wire in his cheek! would not recommend at all! go somewhere else before you are roped into this terrible cult!

Dr. DiFranco and his staff are awesome and I highly recommend getting your orthodontic treatment done here. The facility is very nice and up to date, and you are never stuck waiting in the waiting room for very long. The staff are all extremely friendly and were very accommodating to my schedule as a college student living away from home. Dr. DiFranco himself is very friendly and great at what he does. Both my dentist and my dental hygienist have commented on the quality of my orthodontic treatment. If you listen to him and his staff and wear your rubber bands like they tell you to, you will be out of your braces in no time.

Dr. DiFranco was the orthodontist for both of my children. Fast forward 25 years. My turn and I couldn t be happier. He and his staff are very professional, detailed, welcoming and make you feel comfortable, like family! Very happy with the results.

Dr. DiFranco is an excellent dentist! When my daughter had sores in her mouth that he wasn't sure how to treat, he got us in immediately with another office and even came a little after us to check on her!

My child, Krista age 12 went to Dr. DiFranco and just got her braces off today. She was so excited to have straight teeth. She told me Mom- "Dr DiFranco helped me get my teeth straight and I have seen improvements from the day I started. Now I have straight perfect teeth, it was great and I am really happy to have straight teeth." Dr. DiFranco has been wonderfully supportive and always in a upbeat happy mood. I am glad we went to him and are currently going to him for our older child, Nicole who has Down Syndrome. He is extremely patient and kind to Nicole and actually got braces on her teeth. I would recommend him to anyone looking for orthodontist treatment.

Dr. DiFranco is as patient as they come. He explains all options not only to parents but also to the children in such a positive manner. Also all the staff is friendly and easy to work with. And Shelia is just as good with her patience and explainations of options!!!

All 4 of my children went here and in all those years never once was there a problem. Every staff member is kind, courteous and hard working. Dr. DiFranco is a no-nonsense phenomenal orthodontist. This office never disappoints. I highly recommend it to people of ALL ages.

Dr. DIfranco and staff are professional and very knowledgeable but yet still manage to keep that personal touch. I feel Dr.Difranco offers modern services we love the clear retainers and he is very upfront with exactly what the process is for you and what to expect and what is expected from the child. My daughter looks great and we could not be any happier!! I highly recommend !! My second child to get braces off and the third just getting hers on!!

took me in on time and said i was doing a great job with my brushing and wearing my rubber bands all the time like i should and that by the next visit my space that was open and the rubber bands to close it will be complete closed by my next visit

I am an adult who has never had braces but my teeth began to move and I decided to check out my orthodontic options. I spent a little less than 2 years in braces. Dr. DiFranco and his staff are professional, organized, personable and fun. The office is run efficiently and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes beyond my appointment time. The staff is top notch and I think the atmosphere in the office is a novelty these days. It was always such a pleasure to go there. My teeth turned our great! I am happy with my entire experience at DiFranco Orthodontics.

Review from my daughter Greta, age 12 - This is the first time that I have gone to doctor DiFranco and I already feel more confident about getting braces. Everybody was very nice to me and explained everything I wanted to know without beating around the bush. i really like how everything seems so much more upgraded than other offices that I have been to. I think I am really going to enjoy coming here.

Dr DiFranco and his team were fantastic! My 8 year old needed to start phase 1 and being so young was very apprehensive. Everyone was so patient, caring and understanding with her. They explained every step to her and how to take responsibility for her braces overall. She now is in phase 2 and once again they were great with her! We never had long waits for any appointments and they always accommodated when we needed to change times or days. The BEST experience, doctor and staff when it comes to orthodontic care!!

Brought both kids for re-evals so worked mostly with Marianne. She is wonderful! So efficient, organized and pleasant. I hope Dr. DiFranco realizes what an asset Marianne is to his practice. I like that Dr. DiFranco is never in a hurry for treatment. It's not often you find a wait and see doctor. I took away one star only because we were about 10-15 minutes late getting called in.

Fantastic! I love my straight and healthy teeth. Dr. DiFranco was always very informative and worked with great precision and care. Everything with handled with the upmost of professionalism and care. I would not have wanted by orthodontic experience with any other orthodontist.

I recently visited the orthodontist because I broke a brace. I got helped right on time and was out of there very fast, which was convenient because I had school. They took care of that broken brace very fast and the lady I had was very nice. I enjoy coming to the orthodontist.
