Very nice animal park, friendly staff
Not expensive

Had never heard of this park before, went there with low expectation. Turned out to be a very beautiful and well maintained park

Very nice animal park. Many nice animals and very many play areas for children. Ideal spending for a few hours.

Lovely animal park with nice playgrounds. Only for the entrance price I expect clean toilets with toilet paper and that left much to be desired.

Very nice zoo indeed. Quite pricey (20 euros per person and kids start paying from 2 years old). There are a lot of activities for the kids, every 2-3 animals they will be able to play. Near the end/beginning there is a big indoor playground.
There are some tables outside to picknick.
Bear in mind you will also have to pay 6 euros extra for parking.

nice zoo with playground for smaller children. with a discount otherwise quite pricey for what you get. Please note: in times of oak processionary caterpillar, do NOT come here. Last year there were signs and part was dropped off. Nothing mentioned this year, but children were covered with bumps the day after. Reported via message, but had no response from park. For this reason I report it here, I am not normally in the reviews on the internet, but I do not wish anyone like that end of a nice day

For a somewhat smaller and cheaper zoo it was all very nicely laid out and fun for the children.

Nice zoo with many different animals. Park was neat and lots of stopping places to sit and a playground for children. Price was great to see. The only pity is that the day we were there, apart from the large restaurant at the entrance, nothing else was open and we were unable to purchase anything to drink halfway through. Now I understand that with drizzling weather the number of visitors is decreasing but nothing was open in our opinion.

Cutest zoo that is there. It is always very quiet comparing with other zoos, so the animals show themselves better. It is also very nice that you can feed some animals for 50 cents.

In this zoo you can see the animals are having a good time! Wheelchair friendly. Highly recommended for young and old.

Super fun zoo. We were there at Christmas and they really did their best, with Christmas dinner for the animals in lifestyle, at the stop heated terrace with fire pit, terrace heating, mulled wine and for the children marshmallows that they were allowed to use over the fire pit with a long stick roasting.

Lots of playground interspersed with animals, low fences also fun for small children

Cute, medium-sized zoo, with lots of different animals. Cages are quite large and well-kept, combined with a large amount of kids' entertainment.
Great for a couple of hours' worth of fun.

We went to Dierenrijk with the family on Saturday 14 July. I played with the children in the playground for quite some time. (area slides and trees) Sunday we find out that the whole family is covered with itchy red bumps. After calling the zoo, it turned out that the playground was only released 1 day after the processionary caterpillar was controlled. Apparently the zoo does not know that the caterpillar hairs can be active for several more years. Too bad the zoo has not indicated this at the main entrance or playground. I am curious if people have been to animal kingdom on July 14 and suffer from these itchy bumps.

It was so relaxed well planned and you could get unbelievably close 2 animals that you can't normally get too close to

Great park to visit with small children. Nice set up and many small playgrounds between the animal shelters. Everything looks perfect and well kept. Definitely come back here.

The catering is somewhat understaffed at busy times. Furthermore, a top parks top animal caretakers.

Nice to take pictures especially of the polar bears in the water.

Nice park (in extension). Good and clearly marked walking route to see all the animals. Lots of diversity in terms of animals and a nice playground, both outdoors and indoors!

Great for the kids, everything is good at eye level for them to view.

The experience is really minimal. And they have done nothing extra with the covid pandemic.

Corona is not a problem here. Clear walking direction for everyone. 1.5 meters away no problem. Access to some animal areas only from the outside.

Nice zoo with large playground, dining and drinking facilities. Nice presentations with the animals including tribunes around feeding time. Also worth it in the fall / winter!

Bears and wolves together- this place is filled with people who do not think clearly.

Especially the Ring-tailed Lemur is nice to see. The elephant enclosure is also very beautiful. Also very unfortunate that there are no shows during the corona time. Environment, plants, etc. are poorly maintained. Other zoos are my personal preference.

Nice zoo. Especially fun for children. The playground is a favorite, so it is best to go and see the animals first, otherwise they will not want to leave. The elephants in particular were easy to see. On this very hot day they were enjoying a bath. There were some aviaries and close to animals that you can walk through otherwise. The nibbles that are so much fun were closed, as was the indoor playground with the insects and reptiles. By corona measures

Very nice for (small) children. A lot of glass so you do not have to lift them. And everything is pretty close together. Which means you do not have to walk far.

Impressive! Went there with low expectations, but very impressed by the beautifully thought-out structure of the park. It's like being able to stand next to the animals! A very successful day!

The stays are incredible. You are literally standing next to a bear, polar bear, cheetah and tiger.
All the big animals you would like to see.
Downside are the ugly electricity masts that run through the park
