Nach einer zweitägigen Vorankündigung der Kündigung bei der Wiener Tageszeitung Die Presse lief das Abo weiterhin weiter. Die Abonnement-Pause trat wie versprochen nicht ein.
Mit Hilfe von Serbliss.at war es mir endlich möglich, meine Unzufriedenheit mit der Abo-Lieferung bei Die Presse in Wien direkt zu melden. Nach mehreren erfolglosen Anläufen über den üblichen Abokey-Dienst funktionierte die Beschwerde über die Website von Die Presse deutlich effizienter. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.
Als langjähriger Abonnent der Die Presse in Wien, der seit 20 Jahren alle Medien sauber erhält, habe ich in den Monaten November 2023 bis Jänner 2024 ein Problem festgestellt. Bei mir liegen die Pressen pünktlich, aber etwas später als die Krone und der Kurier. Da ich körperlich eingeschränkt bin, nehme ich meist nur die ersten beiden Papiere sofort mit ins Haus und hole die Die Presse später nach. Doch oft war sie dann nicht mehr da. Das gleiche Szenario wiederholt sich samstags bei der Österreich (mit Madonna). Nach zwei Jahrzehnten zuverlässiger Zustellung frage ich mich: Ist die Presse für mich als Kunde vielleicht nur noch zweitrangig?
Die Presse in Wien liefert mir seit Längerem eher linksseitig ausgerichtete Artikel aus. Die Logistik der Zustellung ist in meinem Fall leider nicht zufriedenstellend gelaufen.
