A very lousy, and unprofessional business which spills their waste product down HWY 95 and accepts no responsibility for it. It's no wonder the great residents of Fruitland, ID complain about them. They could do a much better job, but their management is not interested. Should boycott their product and maybe they would start caring. So sad.

It's the worst job ever I would rather work for the devil then for them 1 it stinks really bad and 2 they don't know how to do their breaks it's like you are getting paid to be their slaves this is how it goes first you arrive 30 minutes early with nothing to do then you work for about 2 hours then you get your first 30 minute break and when you come back from that you work for about 15 more minutes then you go on your second and last break and let me remind you you work for 8hr and only get paid for 7hrs and the way they do it you have to stand for about 4hrs straight doing your job oh and I almost forgot to tell you that after they take 1hr off your pay and I'm not talking about your lunch break because of course that you aren't supposed to get paid for that brake but the 30 minutes you show up early isn't paid for and the 2 15 minute breaks that you usually get paid for you don't plus they also take money out of your check to ride the bus there and back witch is worth it if they weren't taking so much off your check already and then you have taxes too if you total up everything I grantee that it would equal to you working at least one day completely free oh yeah and if you do the 12hr shift they expect you to be standing up for 7hr because you only get 2 non paid brakes for that to and they do the same thing with there 12hr shifters that they do with there 8hr shifters witch is abuse

Really nice people to work for. They will give you a chance if you really want to work and you have the opportunity to advance if you choose. Not everyone can handle the onion smell, it is very strong. But other than that the work is easy and you will enjoy working for a smaller company where they actually know your name.

Its a great first job when you're desperate. Not only is the break scheduling is horrible, but the people there are discriminating. I had some Spanish speaking friends come up to me and say they just heard one supervisor speaking bad about me and laughing at me with the other ladies in Spanish. Though i can never prove it unless I spoke fluent Spanish the hr wouldn't do anything about it. If you are white and speak no Spanish be prepared for a lot of people disrespecting you and making fun of you.

Upper management is terrible...No clue what is really happening inside and out. They run there sludge illegally and expect there truck drivers to do so. Seemed nice at first, then saw what driving for them is really like. Stay away. They make it seem great and easy.... until you get to know the place. You risk your CDL.

If you work here and feel as though you're being treated unfairly, discriminated against, or feel left behind by upper management and HR brushes your complaints under the rug, then i highly suggest you report it to the "Equal Employment Opportunity Commission" or EEOC for short.
