Pretty much anything you might need for a party delivery, set up, knock down pick up even overnight pick up. They work well with caterers.

Fast. Efficient. Clean. Well stocked. Lovely people. Very helpful.

Don't give discounts to vendors, but have what you need for your events.

Good facilities boarding area often congested if it is lunchtime slows down the dispatch service.

BAD:

I worked in this company as a truck driver from the middle of 2014 to the middle of 2015
1. It is a 100 percent unstable and temporary job
2. When you arrive, at least in my case I asked HR's boss if this was a temporary job and she lied to my face, she told me that it was temporary for the helpers but NOT for the drivers that was my case, that they tried to keep the drivers at any cost. And I got laid off, due to lack of work in June 2014.
3. When there is work they give you work all day and every day without rest (day, night, early morning and the next day they want you to continue without resting, even if you drive a truck.), It doesn't matter what responsibility you have.
4. Every day 7/24 after 9.00 pm you have to call to see what time they put you, from four in the morning until the time they want to put you.
5. If there is no work that is very frequent, they do not program you and leave you at home without working losing money and you have to be calling to ask for a favor to be put to work. Bone can happen that in a week you get busy working and earn money but the other you feel at home three days and it did not work what you did the previous week.
6. Although they feel you in your house for five days you cannot go anywhere because you have to call every day after 9 pm to see if you have work or not the next day, this is 7 days a week.
7. When they give you rest, it is the day they want and you find out the night before when you call at 9 pm, you can't bone or it is very difficult to make plans with your family.
8. If you are a driver with a CDL you do nothing there because the trucks they use are for rent with a weight less than that required for a CDL, and can be handled by anyone including many assistants who have them there for that and are licensed E , you will lose time of your career.
9. CDL trucks have no more than three and they have YOUR PEOPLE for that.
10. As a driver you are the team leader and responsible for everything you take to the client's home.
11. As a driver you are also responsible for everything you are going to collect. In front of customers you have to tell everything and if something is missing you have to say it to the client and they agree to pay it to the company, for this reason many times you spend unpleasant moments collecting things, especially at dawn that many times there is no one to report a missing one and then they charge you as head driver of the team, have the price you have.
12. If you hit the small or large truck, they charge you $ 250 of your salary.
13. I never had problems with the truck or any equipment, thank God.
14. Despite this, they have drivers like them who have crashed the trucks once or several times and destroyed them, but for some reason they are preferred and are still there, with and without CDL.
15. In my case, they gave me Laid off for lack of work and after everything started they never called me again, I think that someone in particular did not want me to return despite not having had accidents, or leaving the company lost
16. They have an event that is at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami, which is the whole day in the sun more than ten hours and I participated in that event, they did not notify anyone beforehand so that the workers would wear hats, extra food and water, it was criminal I saw people who were generally newcomers Cubans who are their favorite workforce red as tomatoes, exhausted and thirsty, the water was taken around noon in plastic pomitos most were on time.
17. I do not recommend this job to anyone mainly if you are a driver with a CDL.

Less bad

18. The only thing less bad is that they pay you overtime but since the work has so many ups and downs, It is not worth the penalty.

They are scoundrels they do not pay the hours worked to my 32-hour son, they only paid him 6 stolen 28 hours. You do not have to use this service because they are scoundrels.

Service could be very slow but I believe they are well organised and the quality of the rentals is top

The event with Diamonette was absolutely wonderful. Very organized and proficient with their customer service. I definitely recommend Diamonette to you and my friends and family.

DO NOT REST FROM THEM!!!! The WORST company ever!!!! I did an order Monday for pick up Saturday which they allowed on the website and no in this whole week thought to call and let me know that they are closed on Saturday. Now we had to find out on our own the day of that party and had to figure out another place that will rent us this items. The worst customer service that ever happened to me! Never thought a company would be so careless and not care to even pick up the phone and rearrange a different pick up time with there customers or even just let them know they are closed and to find another arrangement. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!

What an incredibly smooth process dealing with Diamonette. I have to definitely mention Juan Carlos (JC) who dealt with crazy bride to be (me). He was extremely professional and was always willing to help and make changes whenever I needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is hosting a party/wedding. Excellent service to meet the needs of your next party

This company is absolutely amazing! My father had originally booked another rental company for my wedding, but day of when they were due to set up the 20'x60' tent, dance floor, bar, tables and chairs, we found out they were a scam (two days before the wedding). After visiting another party rental that didn't have what we needed, they recommended Diamonette Party Rental. Diamonette had everything we needed, but didn't have any staff to set up the tent and dance floor since it just so happened to be the weekend of the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. However, after telling them my story, the staff worked magic and had people setting up the tent, dance floor and all other rentals 5 hours later! Not only was the staff who made it all possible wonderful, but the guys setting up were also great. They showed up around 5:30pm and were there for three solid hours, non stop, that night after setting up tents for the boat show earlier that day. The white chairs were pristine, the bar absolutely awesome, and the tent and dance floor exactly what we invisioned.This company saved our day, had wonderful staff, perfect rentals, and I would recommend it to everyone!

I just used Diamonette Party Rental for my wedding and I could not have been more disappointed. I am very organized and efficient and placed my order months before the Big Day!
Firstly when originally placing the order and paying way in advance they charged my card for 3 other orders and I had to call in to get that reimbursed. How you make such a mistake in taking someones credit card and applying it to other customer orders, I do not know but it's baffling.
On the day of my wedding, they arrived with a smaller than ordered dance floor letting me know that their sales person Veronica had apparently made a mistake in selling me a size they never actually had. I think if you are a company the size of Diamonette that you would the days BEFORE an event review the customers invoice and make sure all these items are available and not let them show up the day of with an incomplete or incorrect order. When bringing this to their attention, instead of problem solving they were arrogant and disrespectful and told us it was our problem, that there was nothing they could do. My husband who is a problem solver was able to get us a dance floor (on a Sunday) for the wedding on short notice, not even being his field but being a person that can make things happen which I would expect from any CEO of a company.
Also when we tried to reach out to the CEO after the wedding we were told he would call us back and never did and had to call a second time to finally get him on the phone. Instead of being accommodating and reimbursing us for their dance floor that we never used or offering to cover the other dance floor that we had to get the day of, they just did not care at all to make it up.
If I could give a negative star for them I would, customer service is the worst and just all around disorganized and arrogant.
You are better of going to Imperial Party Rental that are slightly higher priced but better in customer service and ability to deliver what was expected.

Didn t have the opportunity to rent from this place so I can t speak to their products but the sales team required a drivers license number in order to set up an account. I asked for an alternative as I was not comfortable providing that information. The sales team provided no alternative so I declined the quote. This may be their policy but it is in definite need for a revision. I could be wrong and this could be a common practice for rental companies but don t see why that information should be required in the first place.

Very Large Selection with Helpful Friendly Staff. It was perfect for My Niece Graduation from University of Miami Yay! Do Not try to return on Sundays.
