Diamonds Casino Review

Small. Smells and I was not interested at all. I'll not be going back . Not to nice of people. Guy's ask women to buy jewelry for money. And it's not safe around the building outside for a lady to be at night. It needs help to improve. More slots and someone to greet you as you enter or shut it down.

Garbage casino disgusting gross bathrooms we're there at 6pm and my girl was nervous to be by herself.

Great place to play and eat. More free play please.

Too many homeless people and druggies hang out around there

Not a gambler. The food wasn't that good but they do have incredible french fries.

Different caliber of people who go there if you're on that side of the tracks it's a great place to go if not you might want to find a little bit more class of your place to gamble

Only the food is good and reasonably priced. But it is dirty drug dealings prostitution. Wouldn't recommend.

The bathrooms have no privacy whatsoever, and the police were constantly there

Kinda not the best casino, actually probably the worst. Not so pleasant cocktail waitress, actually rude till I had to get her attention before she walked away from a tip. Finally she cracked a smile when I handed her a tip. During the 2 hours I spent there, at least 4 people came up to me asking to buy a cigarette with their change. That was really annoying. So, if you're a smoker, I'd suggest leaving your cigarettes in your pocket or purse and just tell ppl you don't have any left or you'll end up with a pocket full of nickels, dimes and pennies and no smokes. Lol
Sadly, it's turned into quite the dive. However, a few of my friends say their diner is good but I have yet to try the food.

This place is cluttered with all of tye towns transients and the staff are very rude they have no people skills and are very unhelpful to the customers very poor quality

Great place for me people stay away from me while I do my thang. I also won which makes it better.

The amount of pimps and working girls outnumber normal guests. Men's restroom is a horror show. Old 4th st. street walkers have found a home. Casino brothel sketchiness.

Diamonds is one of the only casinos in town.That folks with little money can go and not be treated like second class, cause they got a back pack ,and only few dollars

I like this place cause it's a great place for locals and tourist alike plus they have great food in their snack bar, and the prices are great

I find this local spot comfortable and quaint. The employees seem to remember you. Terri in the cafe is totally awesome. She cooks food to a perfection.

Friendly/helpful/and they're all happy to be working again

It's a hole in the wall casino. Dress accordingly and if you are a woman don't be shocked if someone asks how much. The food is meh. Make sure to watch your wallet. People who work here are over all very nice.

Well i didn't win a whole bunch but i did come home with more than when i left, so yeah... It isn't super crowded which is a good thing. It could use some air conditioning or something especially when masks are required. It's just too hot and hard to breathe with them on.

Still a stuffy, poor service and friendlier than my last visit.

You need a little more security. There is a lot of vandalism.

Despite the renovations and addition of actual parking lot lights, Diamonds remains the closest thing to a ghetto that Reno offers. At least your car wont be put on blocks 60 seconds after you park anymore.

4 stars for the cheap menu items.. 1 star otherwise. Food is cheap n good. its in a bad area and the customers aren't always desirable.. kinda a rough place but if you're looking a quick lunch at a great price they got a double Cheeseburger basket thats hard to beat for the price.

Women's bathroom full of ladies bathing in the sink and stalls were full with illegal drug activity.

I like the coin op machines fun if you like seedy places.

Not my favorite place. A bit seedy and the crowd leaves a little to be desired. Not much that i can say thats good about this place. Its side neighbor is a strip club. The only caveat is its close to the highway so when your done with your business here you can get out of the area quick.

Worse place to go and management never fixes the problem and there slots are the worse payback in Reno. I'd rather go to the Moon to gamble than there

It has the old style slot machines that still payout coin but since they added their players tracking card they seem to be a little bit tighter now not as pain as much even on Nichols but the people are nice and services good.

Need more and better security. Need to rid the drug addicts that hang around and the ones who work and get high there

It's pretty dirty, not much pride presence, very Smokey. Never seen any drama or anything, but there's always people in there asking for a cigarette or a buck or to buy something from them. "My boy just got these Nikes.. there brand new.." Type of thing LOL Can be amusing, and I've never been "harassed" or felt threatened. Wouldn't recommend for Tourists!

So I'm going to start off by saying this place is a dump. That being said my wife and I began going there years ago for the cheap black jack tables and entertaining people watching along with the smart aleck dealers. I recently went there with my son for his 21st birthday and it seemed like it had gone even further down hill. It seemed like every tweeker in Reno was there. I went to use the restroom and there was a guy in there actually looking for dope. Transients walk through frequently. It was definitely a place that made me watch my back. Used to be a fun place in the past, but just too many scumbags for my liking.
