This seems to be a truck driver plaza and were not very happy with the way we were treated. They waited til we lost $100 to inform us that rv"s are not permitted in their lot. I would not recommend this for a family as we were uncomfortable even sitting at the machines. I was however happy with my meal at the diner. Enter at your own risk!!
It's vastly improved from 15 years ago but it's still a trap house brothel with a inexpensive diner that's clean and tasty
I love this place I never come visit me now and not have any of their food. I was born and raised in Reno common now that I live in California I still make trips just to come get some of their Famous Burgers & Wings!!!!

Mostly a locals place, but buses from out of town frequent this casino where people generally seem to be having a good time. Food at the dinner is probably the best you'll find for the money, which is extremely reasonable. They just put players cards in all the machines and have different drawings and tournaments weekly and the staff is friendly and helpful. All and all, not a bad place to relax and hang out.
Bartender in this place is amazing, Kenny is awesome!!
The atmosphere here is kinds shady but fun if your looking for folks to talk to. The bartender Tony is amazingly nice. I had the hot wings and they are delicious, just tell the cook to make em crispy
That's a fuve on the food and a minus one on the traffic there. Just keep ur money close!? All I got say. On food the cheeseburgers and the crispy chicken salad is a deal I like.
Don't go when the normal cook is off you will regret it. Night cook would rather take breaks then work we waited an hour and forty five min for a salad. Luis and Sal are great.

Very dirty. Bathrooms smell like urine and looks like no one ever cleans them. Very shady patrons at all hours. Cops frequent the block.

My first time at this casino was horrible. As a small casino next to the famous Ramada hotel, I expected Diamond Casino service to be comparable to Ramada, but it was not.
The "so-claimed" manager (overnight shift on July 21, 2018) gave me the rudest, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every question I asked him, he answered with: "Because I can. Because I want to." And the security guards looked so gloomy (not authoritive like many security guards).
Since it was at night, the change service didn't have anyone inside the room so I thought waiting in line will do the job. When then my friend got up to change his chips, the "manager" called service to helped him. Such as ass. There was so much more details to this, but I shouldn't say it to save his face.
The bartender also overcharged me for two beers (taking those charges as his tips without my consent). The cook was nice, but was slow and my fries were overdone.
Anyways, I will never return to this casino or support it at all. I highly recommend other casinos because there are so many in Reno and are closeby with better and professional services.

I hate this casino they have a bad service all I seen when I was up there was women half dresses and talking to customers and leaving with customers the management up there is very rude they even let there employees harass there customers and the get away with it this places need better management or they need to be shut down

Lots of shady looking characters hanging out in the front of the building. Even more inside. Game selection looked decent enough but didnt stay to find out. My fiancee, who is a restaurant manager noticed the filthy conditions right away. A table was dirty just as we came in the door. The worse part was she went to the restroom, she came out rather quickly looking a bit sick to her stomache. She told me that she seen a woman through the gap in the stall door shooting up drugs with a needle, as she turned to enter another stall she noticed some clothes, a dirty diaper and a shot of 99proof liquor. That was enough for her. She washed her hands and without touching another thing we exited the casino. As we left I said "Id comeback during the day." To which she relpied "Thats crazy-town! All I see is hepatitis and ecoli. Ewww!!"

Been going there for about 6 months made top diamond status in 3 months so you can see I gamble heavy Today around 5pm I went to play weekly slot tournament but computer said I already played I asked lady in charge how I have my card in wallet she said sorry you played already so I asked her give me a new account .number so noone could use it in future she can't do it said keep the cards I'm out of here won't be back. Gonna call casino manager and ask if I should file an Identity theft with Reno PD cause u would need my players card not my pin to enter tournament Gus's it is the worst casino in reno
Always very smoky and the restrooms are surprisingly unkempt. I do like the location and the food is cheap and good. A little update here and there wouldn't hurt.

I arrived at Diamonds Casino after work it was at least 11pm. The casino floor was packed. I couldn't believe the snack bar was still open , found my favorite machine and doubled my money !! Yeah baby! "That's what I'm talking about "!!! Left around 1am and the snack bar was still open. I'll be back!!

Although they do not let me play tables here I still love it you can't be the diner and the staff may be a little tough but you appreciate it when you get older sometimes you can't always play games but diamonds you will leave with a full stomach if you check out the 395 doubleyou can't beat that
