I went to Montreal and Quebec City on a 9 day trip with Mr. Good as the driver. It was fabulous. Mr. Good was friendly and such a people person. Most of the hotels were very nice. A couple of nights we slept under thick, comfortable comforters. The tour guides were knowledgeable and did a great job.

We are scheduled to go on the Washington DC trip tomorrow. Hurricane Florence is expected to make landfall Friday and DC is under a State of Emergency. In addition, many people evacuating and moving west. Diamond Tours are not cancelling the trip. They are waiting for us to cancel so they can keep the money. How about rescheduling? Cheaper than liability of transporting a group of Senior Citizens through a deluge of rain and potentially dangerous travels. In addition, I don't want to hamper the possibility of evacuees not finding lodging, etc. Let's get out of the way of personal pleasure and allow citizens flee to safety.

I recently returned from a 6 day trip from Massachusetts to Montreal, Quebec and the Island of Coudres. I would never be interested in going again. I felt that we spent far too much time on the bus! There was a lavatory on the bus BUT the driver stressed that it was only to be used for an EMERGENCY. We did usually stop every 21/2-3 hours but were always given a time limit which made me feel very rushed! I think the itinerary is deceiving. We were only in Quebec, for example, for about 2 1/2 hours. Except for the first hotel in Montreal (where the food seemed like a very thrown together and very inexpensive meal in the morning and for the continental breakfast) the food everywhere else was good. The hotel on the island hasn t been updated for quite some time. The only way we could use one of the big lights was to crawl around on the floor under a table to plug it in!!! It didn t have any kind of switch or extension cord which would have made it much easier. Luckily the people on the trip were very nice as were the people on the island. Being as it was a senior trip I really think it was pretty shameful that the potty use was discouraged. Also when we got off briefly for rest stops, the driver said not to dilly dally.

Motor Coach 0perator, John "The Baptist" Hart! What an asset to your company. The Jersey City Traveling Srs.were smitten by his winsome personality and story telling(albeit suspect, at times). His socialization skills made our New England trip a most joyous, and memorable!

Our group went to Washinton DC. Our driver Lois was like part of our group. Her driving was excellent. She made sure we were all taken care of. Robert took care of us also. Thank you for an awesome trip.
