I applied to work here and they gave me the chance for an interview. I was extremely excited for the opportunity but when the office personnel saw me he laughed to himself and brought me in. As soon as we sat down he said "are you sure you don't want to do nursing?". The sexism in that statement ALONE took me back but I dismissed it and stated that I would love an opportunity here. He proceeded to give me some of the duties of the job then asked me "are you still sure you want to work here?". Never one to back down from a challenge I said yes and he laughed in my face. I never did get a call back. I wasn't expecting one. The face of this company is absolutely unprofessional and I hope his antics get caught up to him.

Love the free delivery! Spring water is so much better than tap. They have great delivery service, super awesome customer service, and excellent tasting water. Both my animals won t drink anything else now. I know it s better for me too.

I have been using Diamond Springs about 14 years. During all of this time, I've had no real problems that weren't quickly corrected, but things usually go like a well oiled machine. This past week a substitute driver shorted me one bottle, and Diamond Springs took care of it, with the Route Manager personally delivering the missed bottle to my house. I've never had any issues with the front office staff answering any of my billing or "when is my next delivery date" questions. I have never found them rude, but professional. I have been leasing a hot/cold water cooler from the company. When the one I had at the time died, Diamond Springs has quickly replaced the cooler. They've done this twice so far. And each time they brought me a brand new cooler, not a retread. Renting the cooler does cost money, but each of your water bottles gets a discount if you are leasing the cooler (most people don't seem to know this). So I figure renting the unit is not as big an additional expense as people believe. If I had bought these coolers I would have spent $600 replacing them, plus about $40 per year extra for my water (that's $560 saved over 14 years just on cost of the water).

Local family, local water, free delivery, and water is fire. Say no more, fam.

Free shipping! For local water this is a no brainer. Delivered to my front door. I love their customer service too. I bought a water cooler and it s perfect. Everyone that comes over for dinner raves about how good it tastes

After 15 years as a customer, their truck damaged my driveway that cost me a few thousand dollars to fix. What did they offer for compensation? Just 15 bottles of free water. Laughable! Of course, now I'm a "FORMER CUSTOMER".

I read the reviews before signing up for home delivery thinking, the people who left bad reviews must be pick or impatient people. I was wrong. I waited a couple of weeks for initial delivery and there was no notice...I was at work. 2 weeks later, he delivered 2 more water bottles while I was at work...2 more bottles delivered a week later that I called twice to pick up...I dont need them. Still sitting on my porch 9 days later

I have been using this service since January, recently I have fallen behind, I paid up but am completely out of water. I was told by manager if you pay on time all the time you get customer service if not you can wait on water till they say. And you dont get customer service . Isn't that discrimination?? Really so honest people who fall behind for reasons beyond my control making payment late and they are paid up now but I should go 6 days without water ...

I have been using Diamond Springs water service for about 3 years now. I have moved locations a few times and it has never been a problem. They are always on time and have great customer service. I don't think I've ever called this location and didn't talk to a "happy" person. I recommend using Diamond Springs.
