Donna Vinson is awesome!! She has the sweetest personality and goes above and beyond her responsibilities of a realtor. I am glad I met Donna when I did. My house had a contract on it within 1 1/2 weeks with diamond reality. My house was listed with another realtor. Will not get into that. Just know I wasted 4 months with a different realtor. Donna re listed my house for what I wanted to sell it for. If you need your house sold contact Donna Vinson at Diamond Realtors office. You will not regret it.

This is the best real estate company for military personnel I have ever delt with. It does not matter if you are overseas deployed or state side, my agent would always answer my calls even @ 3am local time because I was 12 hours difference. They were able to list and sale my house and purchase a new one all with video conferencing and I never worried about my family that was state side not being taken care of. These agents have the best core values.

The company has a family atmosphere. The agents are knowledgeable and the staff is great. You can definitely trust them to get the job done. Recommend them highly.

I don t usually leave reviews but Rhonda was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I went into the office to let them know I had personally taken care of several issues, but needed their maintenance to look at an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall and a broken sewer cap leaving the sewer line wide open. Rhonda did not even pretend to be interested and offered nothing but excuses when a simple, we will look into it would have sufficed. As a renter, this management company concerns me. But, as an owner, I would never trust them with one of my properties.

Very professional. My agent gave us the best advice, even when it was not what I wanted to hear. She educated us on the whole process. I would recommend a Diamond agent to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Cindy Dyer is the best real estate agent period! She went way out of her way to show us properties in the Shreveport Bossier area like no one else could. She is a master at price and location and placed us on some excellent properties. I would strongly recommend her to anyone investing or relocating to the Shreveport Bossier area! I have been dealing with Diamond property management since January and they have been awesome! My previous property management company was slow to respond to work orders and would hire sketchy technicians to do sketchy repairs on my house. Since Jan I have submitted 3 work orders which were all processed and completed within a day or two by quality technicians. I submitted one last Sunday evening and had a plumber at my house at 8am Monday morning. The Diamond staff has been extremely friendly and very professional, I have been working with Alyssa up there and she is definitely on top of her game! If you are shopping around for a property management company, I would highly recommend Diamond Realty!!!

Our family was in serious need of finding a home while finishing an overseas assignment in Germany. Especially once the pandemic occurred, we found ourselves a little panicked and unsure of where we would go once we arrived to the Bossier City area. As we have no contacts in Louisiana, we were stumped as to how to find a home that would suit our needs. Ryan reached out and, not only filled us in on helpful information about housing options in the area, but narrowed down some amazing houses based on our military family budget. He very patiently showed us several beautiful places via virtual tours, and ensured our home had everything it needed.
