Just started with them for my home internet and so far they've been great. Always prompt service and very helpful customer service people. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for FAST home internet and very reasonable price!

Quality of the internet was good, and the price is pretty decent. They've got to get some new customer service reps though.
Only had to talk to them over the phone twice, but both times the reps were unfriendly, bordering on rude.
The worst of the two was when I called to cancel my service. I told the rep that I received a voicemail asking me to call back to confirm the cancellation. When I told the rep this, her response was simply, "just respond to the email" which also asked me to CALL at my earliest convenience.
Again, the internet is good, and especially for the price, but I hope I'm never unfortunate enough to be on the phone with them again.

Edit: Clearly replying to the email I was sent as the rep suggested was NOT "all you need to do."
Despite emailing again to their general customer service account, I have yet to receive the return shipping label for the rented modem.
At this point, I'm considering not even sending the modem back, as Dialog doesn't seem to be working too hard to get it back.
-1 star from my earlier rating. This lack of customer service is pitiful, and I can't understand all the other reviews raving about it.

75Mbps Unlimited cable internet for $50 a month? What? Impossible!... but true. Wish I knew of Diallog prices years ago. Have not seen a cheaper price yet. Up and running in 5 days. Outstanding. Runs on Rogers lines, has not dropped once in first week. As for cable, I only watched two channels that are both available online thru their websites. I'm saving $100 a month now. Bye bye Rogers. Hello Diallog! Just do it. :)

I've been with the big companies forever. I always assumed that getting internet at the price Diallog offered would mean a compromise in service. Turns out I was very wrong. The quality of the internet is at par with the others and as a bonus, when there is an issue, you get to speak with someone right away! I've never waited on hold and have had any issues resolved almost instantly. We're very pleased to have made the switch and wish we'd done it ages ago.

after a few issues with diallog I was approached by Jennifer over the phone she was very eager to fix the wrongs and give me good service. She offered to send me a upgraded modem and credits to correct the issues I experienced unfortunately I have already switched companies. She was very kind, and apologetic for others behaviour. If your going with diallog deal with Jennifer she s very sweet and efficient.
Will update to let you know if credits are applied to fix the problem.

I needed to quickly set up an additional internet line to ensure stable access to video calls. Diallog very quickly sent out the modem, along with easy-to-understand installation instructions. Service was connected promptly at the promised time. Great experience!

I just had my services changed over from one of the big two carriers and it went pretty smooth. I had an issue logging in as I didn't have the password, I called and due to high call volume I had to leave a message. At that point I was a little frustrated but called back a couple of times and got through to the most pleasant and helpful lady, what a sweetheart of a women. Without making me feel silly she directed me to the bottom of the modem to the password, then offered to have it changed to what I wanted, wow! I was surprised when she call me back to inform me that this was completed and if I ever needed help they were just a call away. I'm sure glad I pick Diallog, if this is any indication of the service to come I'll be here for a very long time.

The most pathetic excuse of a communication team I...

The most pathetic excuse of a communication team I've ever come across. Their e-mails are poorly designed. Half the time, their website doesn't work, tried to order and their website doesn't even accept the order. They're not even willing to budge on their timings because their emails are so poorly designed that it'll take you 2-3 days to figure out that you can actually order something. And on top of it they want to take 5-7 business days to get anything done. Please do not be tempted by their price range. It's an embarrassingly poorly built system that'll be more than happy to deduct your payments without providing any service.

DO NOT sign up with this company for your internet. They will simply not reply to emails. I'm in search of a new ISP and had a couple of questions fo rthem. Sent them over and over with no reply. They want your money only....the rest, like good customer service and tech support simply does not exist with them. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Stay away from them.

Response to the owner reply below....you don't have record of me because my user name for gmail is not my real name. Trust me when I say I've replied to your emails three times...each time asking the same two questions and I still haven't received a reply from you. I'm in the market for a new ISP and want one that answers my emails/requests as customer service is important to me. You're severely lacking in that department.

I don't know about their home internet service, but their IP phone system is junk. It goes down constantly, and when it does you can't even reach anyone at the company because their phones go down as well. If you're running a real business, go elsewhere and get setup with a real phone service provider. These guys are a joke!

I subscribed to Diallog's Internet service yesterd...

I subscribed to Diallog's Internet service yesterday. The speed is excellent. But what really stood out for me was the OUTSTANDING customer service that was provided by Andrew Kim. Patient, knowledgeable and diligent, he followed up repeatedly, even after office hours and in the weekend to make sure I had my connection up and running. If Diallog continues to hire such amazing people like Andrew, it would be a win-win for them, always!

I have been a Diallog customer for about seven wee...

I have been a Diallog customer for about seven weeks. I'm buying a 50 Mbps FTTN/VDSL service from them, with the last 200m serviced by Bell. I had been a TekSavvy customer for many years, with a 35 Mbps cable connection - I had been satisfied enough, except when there was a service issue, and there seemed to be a real gap between TekSavvy and Rogers in their tech-problem communication and resolution. But then I saw Diallog, and found double the value - a big increase in speed at a lower cost. I have checked the throughput using Speedtest and found it consistently meets or exceeds the 50 down and 10 up promise.

Diallog's pricing is very sharp, against TekSavvy and especially compared to Bell's identical service offering. The lack of a dry loop charge is a big deal, since we have not had a Bell phone line for many years. You can see competitive promotional prices from some others, like Virgin, but they expire and then the price resets higher. I love the fact the Diallog commits to capping the price as long as I'm a customer.

Diallog seems to go an extra mile to communicate a service attitude and orientation. I have not had the need to test it yet - the installation happened when it was scheduled and everything has worked perfectly ever since. I bought a modem from Diallog and saved on the installation cost, and they were happy to preconfigure the modem to my needs (I wanted to use my own current router, and they volunteered to preconfigure the modem in bridge mode, which they did, perfectly). That went smoothly, and the communication was snappy and very clear. Billing is clear and customer focused.

All in all, I'm very happy - truly great value, rock solid performance, great communication. I highly recommend Diallog for home internet.

My initial experience with Diallog did not live up to my expectations. After speaking with a representative from the firm all of these issues were quickly resolved.

Fantastic customer service where all reps seem eager to please and help their clients.

So, I've been with Diallog since July 2019 and aft...

So, I've been with Diallog since July 2019 and after a little over a year, I thought I'd rate their services.

I was with Bell (Hamilton area) before I switched to Diallog. I was looking up some ISPs and reading reviews and stumbled upon Diallog. I believe it was on Canadian ISP website that I found out about Diallog because I was doing a price/speed comparison. There were a few negative reviews about the ISP speed/service, so I wasn't sure, but decided to give it a go anyways.

They guided me through the process of setting up via E-mail and a customer service rep touched base before the installation date. I believe within the first month (or week), there was a wide service interruption. I had Cogeco knocking on our door trying to get me to switch to them, but I decided to stick with Diallog (I think Daillog was month-to-month payments and no contracts). No ISP is flawless, so I wasn't too concerned. Internet has been really good ever since. We can run Netflix with kids on iPhones/iPads and there's never an issue with speed or needing to buffer.

If Taylor is stilling working there, I'd like to let them know that they were terrific with their support last year around Christmas/Boxing Day time. One of our neighbours damaged a line when they put in a new fence during that time and Taylor helped us resolve it by assigning a technical support to contact us.

I'm glad that I made the decisions that I did back then. No disappointments here. Their customer service is better than their price. Thank you for your service so far, hopefully many more years of service to come.

Updates: Recently I noted improvement of the service especially with Merlin taking care of our business needs. They respond quick and do their best to resolve the issues we have.
Very poor service. Many mistakes and miscommunications. Rude staff. Not a single time they did service without turning it into a problem. Don't care if business interrupted or looses money. Takes forever to get an answer or an error fixed and eventually they just don't care. Don't use their service for business , there many other alternatives in the market

Have had there 150mbps internet package for a week...

Have had there 150mbps internet package for a week and already very dissatisfied. Everyday between 4pm-6pm my download speed drops from 140mbps or more to between 3-30mbps. I know companies throttle there customers during peak hours, but I've never had it this bad. Might want to stop doing this if you want to stay in business.

Update: Still getting very low speeds of 5-30 mbps on there 150mbps internet package after 4pm. A Rogers Technician was here and told us to replace our modem which clearly did nothing. Furthermore I am not the account holder and don't know how the company would know that my issue is being resolved? I am curious to know why my speeds would become non existent after 4pm if I'm not being throttled? Every other internet company I've been with has had consistent speeds all day, everyday. Please fix this issue or I will be forced to switch companies.

I been with Diallog for about 2 months now and i'm loving it! They really do care about their customers and make it easy and smooth for us to get a clean, fluid reliable service. Prices for the service are definitely what got me to do business with Diallog. (steaming Netflix or youtube is smooth river while having 10 thousand chrome tabs open xD)

I activated the service for about 2 weeks. So far, the connection has been stable regardless of the time of day. I have 3 devices, including a TV, and I don't have a speed problem. I receive between 25 and 45 mbps, depending on the device and the ethernet cable connection.
The installation was successful. It was a bell technician who said the connection wasn't working because the modem wasn't working and I had to call Diallog to get them to send me another modem. I found that weird. 30 minutes after he left, the connection was functional.
I paid the full price of the modem, it was sent to me by purolator. Diallog emailed me every update and called me to make sure I received the information.
Their package is certainly one of the best I have seen to date. I do not regret having chosen them. I will do an update within 6 months.

Very poor customer service. I asked for internet packages availability and representative wants to mail me the flyer to my mailing address instead of telling about the packages over the phone!
And also the highest cost among other isps for installation fee its 50$!! For comparison telsavvy is offering for 49.95$, start.ca is offering for 25$. Fido is not chargin anything for that.

So after calling 7 isps today this one turns out in the top worst isps with prices and customer service right after e-box.

After I realized that I wasn't happy with the speed I was getting, I decided to cancel today and Still had to pay for half of a modem, installation, and for the 21 days of service that wasn't able to get streaming a good quality fast internet as advertised on their website. This half fast internet service only work when you hot wire connect the modem to any of your devices, but the wifi does not work properly.
Be aware that if you are not happy with their service, you will not get your money back for installation , modem leasing fees or monthly service.!!!
Also, if you decided to cancel your credit card to avoid any none authorized charges until you get an invoice, you will be experiencing even more charges as punishment.

phenomenal customer service!!! Had my internet installed on Saturday. I called Sunday morning about line dropping Saturday night and Sunday morning. They did a few test on their side. Not only did they verify it. They also found another issue that I was not aware of. They issued a ticket to Bell and both problems resolved the same day. To top it all off. A customer service rep called today to follow up because they noticed I had issue over the weekend and wanted to make sure everything was working.

Just installed their service, hassle free great customer service very responsive and ready to help. Wish should have known about that long time ago speed is awesome I have 15 MB plan and most of the time even peak hours getting 8-10 MBPS speed which is very pleasant for me. Thanks Daillog I am recommending many of my friends to switch to them instead of paying 1000's to the thieves :) Also wondering if someone know how should I refer Diallog to someone?????

The main reason why I switch to Diallog was price.

I called Diallog when I was experiencing frequent internet blackouts that last for few minutes. The customer service rep. verified my identity and the problems I was having, together we checked a few things and found nothing is wrong but he can see interruptions on my internet in his system. He told me a major cable company will be calling me to schedule an appointment to check on the cable.

When the technician from the major cable company called, he asked me for the work order number. I advised him that Diallog, my internet provider, called and placed a service call to his company. I asked if he can find out what the work order is since he initiated the call. Unfortunately, he said without a work order number there is nothing he can do.

By this time it is after regular office hour. The next morning, I explained to another Diallog customer representative about my interaction with the major cable company and she call the cable company and we had a three way conversation and managed to resolve the problem.

Now, my main reason I am with Diallog is their customer service. The entire customer service team is helpful and friendly. I have been with other major and small internet/phone providers, and I wish they have the same level of professionalism and knowledge Diallog customer service provides.

Unfortunately our experience has been not been pleasant. The internet speed and reliability has been very unreliable. This makes working from home very unpleasant. The last straw was when our modem died. It took over 72 hrs for someone to call back. In that time we decided to cancel our subscription. Bell had us set up in less than 48. Plenty of room improve there services.
