These folks provide the most unpredictable service...

These folks provide the most unpredictable service I've ever seen from a diabetes supply company in my 30+ years of requiring diabetes supplies. One time their performance is quite satisfactory, the next time they will make you pull your hair out. The people seem nice enough, I believe they probably are just saddled with some of the worst 'systems' in the world - seems like a computer is always slow or a phone system is working - always something. Given the need for reliable service for those of us who are insulin dependent, I don't think this place is your ideal first choice.

I was very upset that my G6 transmitter didn t come and called to ask why services were different now and should I be more proactive and I was hung up on. I m looking for another way to get my supplies now.
Well, I must make this edit, my son and I had a discussion and I can t leave this out there. This company is good. My son pointed out to me that service only got a bit wonky when Covid-19 struck. I wasn t hung up on but put on hold. I had been on hold for half hour, when finally answered I was a stuttering mess and I m sure the person couldn t make sense of me.

I have been a Type 1 Diabetic fir 45 years. In that time I have dealt with many companies for my supplies. Hands down and NO! one comes close to the quality service I receive from Diabetes Management. I have been with this company for over 2 yrs now and will never change. The staff is a pure pleasure to speak with :D. Today I spoke with a gentlemen named William and like with him and the others it is always an awesome experience.
Love this company and look forward to many more years of service.100 out of 10 stars!

I opened my package of supplies, its my 3rd untime...

I opened my package of supplies, its my 3rd untimely delivery, yet this one, I did not have to call and ask where is it ?? As I walk Around the property looking, 2 packages were discovered by neighbors. To add to the complication, I realize , I know I may be looking for something that has not left the shipping center. When do I call ? Well I called on the 26th, my transmitter had already quit, it was due on the 27, a new one was coming w/ my delivery. Since it quit, I called asked if It could sent a day early. She said , No , it s ready to be shipped , I could go to go get it ?? Since I live near, I cld go get it tho .?? Huh ??? The 2nd rep, she was going to see what she can do ? Really ? The 3rd- Asked Will you Hold please? Sure.Beeep-Dead Silence-then Click 3 Reps refusing to help. My transmitter died a day before it was to expire. They were still committed to sending it out on the 27th, on the date of expiration. Dont know why they insisted on waiting to ship So it was mailed yest the 27th. I m just getting it, late Sun. evening the 28th. I didn t know if Sun delivery was poss.
I just called the number listed on one the papers stuffed into my package, to add to the many shipping complaints. No one should be surprised. I saw the 1 star rating when placing my 1st order. I read most reviews that go back over 3 yrs . Whether it s today , 2.27.2021 or 2.27.2017 the same complaints being voiced over and over again
Because Diabetes is chronic disease w/ that has devastating consequences on the human body. It affects us every minute of every day. It affect every one who knows us and is touched by us. We do what we can do with a disease process that has no concern for our TIME. It will kill is we do not work along with it. What time we ck of our sugar, eat, recheck,
exercise , everything we can do to get it under control is dependent on TIME. I know , from being a new customer, I will die If I rely on them to provide me , with the tool, the service needed to manage my diabetes. They can say they sorry the care. They say the bs they want, it will blend right on in w/ black & white ink on this screen- 3yrs plus ,of words, stated & printed, means nothing. I d be a fool to think otherwise. It s up to You & how much you are willing to gamble w/ your life if you cont to stay. I will stay longer, but I do , will not have the expectation that I will have with me the supplies I need to live. I will not have the expectation that another human will assist and care as I would for someone who a health issue where TIME is an important component. Whether it s time time , to test, eat, take med, they are our responsibility. I d be stupid to have any expectation I will have what m going to need based on the history of this company.. I ll cont getting supplies, but I ll have back up in getting what I need. Timing is everything with diabetes, If our timing is off , our sugar can drop into confusion . And you may be alone. You may not eat at the Time you were expecting, issue w/ testing supplies, lack of money for food, it was spent on testing supplies, we rely on much to sustain our lives, yet ones lack of concern, negligence. We can easily lose our life... if you re reading this, thus far you ve been blessed , lucky, etc. On jan 19, 2014 , I didn t eat before I went to bed one night, the 1 small town groc store had closed, nothing much or wanted in my fridge. I went to sleep and woke on Feb 8th, A was nurse removing lines, taking me off a vent. 18 days I was in a coma, since late Jan. It Could ve been avoided, had I simply eaten. I can t expect a store to be open when I need food. I can t expect healthcare business to send supplies when they have no history that shows dependability , reliability & honesty

I have found DMS to be very pleasant to work with. Brenae was the rep I spoke with this morning and she was both pleasant and professional. I admire the proactive approach DMS has in contacting me on the day it s time to order new Dexcom CGM supplies.

The is a wonderful company. They have made so many...

The is a wonderful company. They have made so many changes to accommodate their clients such as calling you back when wait times are long. They really understand the trials of being a diabetic and do everything they can to make getting supplies easier. I have never gotten such great service from any other company (thank you, Scott).

Diabetes Management consistently gives us very good service providing diabetic devices. Product orders are processed efficiently and products arrive in a timely manner. Staff who help is by phone are always courteous and knowledgeable. Our last order was done extremely well by Izhane.

I'm a T1D and my insurance provider (Humana) force...

I'm a T1D and my insurance provider (Humana) forces me to use this company to procure pump supplies. I have been forced to use this company for about one year and it is fraught with disorganization, mistakes on orders and issues on every order I have placed. Every couple months I re order supplies through their online portal, I get confirmation the order has been received online and 3 out of 3 times i have had to call to wonder where my supplies are. They never received the order all three times. I'm 30 years old and know how to use a computer by the way.

I have had to update my prescription twice with this company and both times my doctor has had to call numerous times to get Diabetes Management & Supplies to actually receive the order! This place is terrible, and very unorganized.

Currently, I have been trying for 2 weeks now for Diabetes Management & Supplies to acknowledge an updated prescription and they still cant figure it out. I am now out of pump supplies and need to go to the doctor to hold me over until Diabetes Management & Supplies can find my order and hopefully overnight the supplies for my pump. I have been on hold on the phone numerous times over the past two weeks and start from square one each time. Today i was being transferred around the company on the phone starting about 430pm. At 5pm i was disconnected (about closing time)...i called back and got a message they were closed.

If you are reading this, Don't Use Diabetes Management & Supplies and contact Humana and tell them to please let you use another company to fulfill your orders!
