I'm a T1D and my insurance provider (Humana) force...

I'm a T1D and my insurance provider (Humana) forces me to use this company to procure pump supplies. I have been forced to use this company for about one year and it is fraught with disorganization, mistakes on orders and issues on every order I have placed. Every couple months I re order supplies through their online portal, I get confirmation the order has been received online and 3 out of 3 times i have had to call to wonder where my supplies are. They never received the order all three times. I'm 30 years old and know how to use a computer by the way.

I have had to update my prescription twice with this company and both times my doctor has had to call numerous times to get Diabetes Management & Supplies to actually receive the order! This place is terrible, and very unorganized.

Currently, I have been trying for 2 weeks now for Diabetes Management & Supplies to acknowledge an updated prescription and they still cant figure it out. I am now out of pump supplies and need to go to the doctor to hold me over until Diabetes Management & Supplies can find my order and hopefully overnight the supplies for my pump. I have been on hold on the phone numerous times over the past two weeks and start from square one each time. Today i was being transferred around the company on the phone starting about 430pm. At 5pm i was disconnected (about closing time)...i called back and got a message they were closed.

If you are reading this, Don't Use Diabetes Management & Supplies and contact Humana and tell them to please let you use another company to fulfill your orders!
