Border agent was really rude. I'm 100% American. I had a bottle of medication I purchased in Laredo. He searched me an made a big deal as if I was a drug dealer.

Slow as can be.. some border patrol officers are super rude make unnecessary comments and banged ugly on the SUV we were in made also a scratch while searching the SUV. If they dont like there job I would suggest another career.. Those things are unnecessary. When they make switch from on to off duty this makes the wait longer they talk among themselves. And talk about being racial when they are also Mexican Americans..

Import agent last name Gutierrez at 1235am today was very unprofessional.
I cannot imagine a person working with our government officials with this un remarkable behavior comments : as are you hangover ask him what do you mean by that, when I asking person in booth to give myself to clearance booth this unprofessional agent say so to approach him to custom booth, ask him it's not his direction to make call but rather agent on booth to make decision, in past I have been ask to wait until called from inside booth officer to approach inspection walking lines outside
Smart remark from custom officer Gutierrez."Are you hangover" at noted time. Nothing to do or what representation or harming are great man and woman of our of US government but something where this individual felt impowered!!
Hopefully no one goes this this unwanted experience of our great Constitutional values!!

Ripped and broke my customer made item, put a glove on so it doesn't fall apart. Didn't even apologize (not to mention other things they did). Way to go guys.

All we had to do was renew of vehicle permits for entry, and they are making a whole group of people wait outside under the sun in the summer heat even though they have room inside! Upsetting. And the personnel treats you like dirt.

It was great all of the guards were very kind and I surprisingly got through really quick

Thank you for making it more secure crossing the border. I like the idea of checking before crossing to either side of the border so that people can be managed easily. Thank you for all that you do.

With what is requested and you get an orderly and safe pass to the United States! A little patience in line on the Bridge and voila!

Went to get our i94s extended. A lady officer directed us. Then two officers helped with fingerprints. All very professional. Whereas I m fussy to touch my computer, when I go back to work everyday... I see them helping with other people s fingerprints! Respect their service during covid.. regardless of wait time, I was sitting in my car.. while these guys were taking risk to do their duty.

Same issue every year for the past 20 years that I can remember , crossing back into the US in December takes hours and hours.Same problem nothing ever done about it.The US Border doesn t care about it s citizens that are trying to come back home, there is no excuse for taking that long and especially for that many years with nothing ever being done

Great place they remodel both Bridges it was about time

Despite having all that is needed to enter the country just in the name of verification made my wife to stand for 3 hours. CBP hope you enjoyed it . Great job !!
