Dhonaadhi Hitec Innovations Review

This is the company where i worked for more than 9 years. I learnt it more from this company only. This is not the place where people can play and chat. This company makes everyone totally independent on the job. Not only their job but also gives opportunity to learn other jobs also. So that you would become versatile person. But people who work only for 10 days or 15 days, they may comment something, because they did have patience to learn.

People should not listen the guys who give them wrong direction.

When I joined i knew only a little thing. But to day i am able to do all the job because of the training i undergone here.

Last year, I have purchased Biometric attendance system from Dhonaadhi Hitec Innovations. They have done the service for first time in a full satisfied manner, but for the second service, they made a little bit delay for servicing the biometric, this makes the bad impression on them. So please give the immediate service, which we requires.

They will supply the products but they will not provide service to product. We need to search for service vendor if product fails.

arvind person of service is very bad manners talking and not helping in servicing. givneg rong types of words... sales person also not haveing proper knowledge of products and simply telling yes for all questionings and only forcing sales to hjappen.... plsss do not buy this type of company products. might be the owner is good but this type of peoples will sink the brand and company name in water only....worst experiance....

This is not a company it is a hell, they dont have any knowledge to run a business, candidates pl dont choose like this company ..they are spoiling employees future .girls dont go there. They are fraud. They are not give a salary to the employees.

The product what your selling is not good and am not happy with your services too, so kindly do not buy this product on market

I bought security systems for my office.... Much more Satisfied with the products and service which inturn made me to install the same for my home... I will recomend this to my dear ones too. Good keep it up

Recently I purchased CCTV camera and other home security products from Dhonaadhi Hightec company. I am very satisfied with the kind of products I received from them. Their sales people are very professional.

Hi. I've had one of the worst experiences as a customer till date and this one beats govt electricity board bill payments as well.
I bought metal detectors from them on the facts that they have written on their invoices, mind you IN WRITTEN, but voila!! its just a sad joke that they played on me ( I'm obviously speaking for my company's behalf). We have exchanged almost 64 emails in a span of 7 months and their response is so full of pathetic replies and desperate attempts to make my issues irrelevant and push it for another few months so that it becomes out of warranty. The "VP", apparently half the times i call is on a "tour" but u call as a different person, there he is (well atleast few times I've caught him like that). He is by far the most patient in response ( takes at least 7-10 days for an email reply) and on calls he talks like a messenger of God. Hopeless response system.
Btw, there is an awesome system where in you keep pressuring them to reply, the service "head" will personally call you and yell at you for free. Yayy! Has anyone delivered you a service/product with such personal "I don't care what happens after i get paid" attitude. No right. Lucky ppl.

I purchased datacard 360 it is super & excellent print and service of dhonaadhi is very very good

this is worst company and worst service they play with customers money and buy products only after receiving money and delaying supplies and do not pay salary to their staff and if they ask they talk in a absurd manner

A few weeks ago, we contacted Mr Krishnaraj of Dhonaadhi, regarding the malfunction of our lock system. His response was indifferent and lukewarm.we persisted and after several calls and messages, a technician was sent to us on the afternoon of the 17 October, 2018. This person didn t seem to know much about how to solve the problem! After a lot of assistance from my husband, he managed to remove the biometric panel and lock system and took them with him, promising to return them after repair, in a few days. No receipt was given for the items taken, nor did he reveal his name !
We are still waiting to hear from him/ Mr Krishnaraj/the company and this I nspite of our several calls/ messages to him in the last 2 days.
It has been the worst experience of our life !

back from these people/company??

Very worst experience with them. Supplied a model which does not support as per specification mentioned. Got back that product and now delaying for more than 4 months neither refunded the money nor sent the alternate product. When trying to call blocking numbers. Unfit to do business.

Recently, I have purchased Burglar alarm from Dhonaadhi Hitec Innovations. I have satisfied with their services, but they takes some time to install the alarm panel. I need some security systems to install in our concern, so we requires to install the equipments within reputed period of time.

@ Aneeth He is the Great employee who made the new employees to make group and to spoil the reputation of the company also made the people to take the laptop of our company but he was only given the authority to take service dept but he involved in all

Sitting in my premises he has stolen my product details and started the company of my product more over he has made the employee to support him, when we gave a complaint in the police station the people who came their clearly mentioned they were not the people to do that .since then we had no business for 2 to 3 months also he has approached our existing client mentioning we have not paid salary .

He as not achieved target also and never was able to convince the client and solve the problem and he pampered the employee saying why you do this work and unfortunately team was not able to achieve . He was the person for who made all the new employees giving wrong information once entered and made them to run
Tell me friends he has started the company by 2016 all product mentioned is our products taken from my company and catalogue experience mentioned is totally fake.
