Hi. I've had one of the worst experiences as a customer till date and this one beats govt electricity board bill payments as well.
I bought metal detectors from them on the facts that they have written on their invoices, mind you IN WRITTEN, but voila!! its just a sad joke that they played on me ( I'm obviously speaking for my company's behalf). We have exchanged almost 64 emails in a span of 7 months and their response is so full of pathetic replies and desperate attempts to make my issues irrelevant and push it for another few months so that it becomes out of warranty. The "VP", apparently half the times i call is on a "tour" but u call as a different person, there he is (well atleast few times I've caught him like that). He is by far the most patient in response ( takes at least 7-10 days for an email reply) and on calls he talks like a messenger of God. Hopeless response system.
Btw, there is an awesome system where in you keep pressuring them to reply, the service "head" will personally call you and yell at you for free. Yayy! Has anyone delivered you a service/product with such personal "I don't care what happens after i get paid" attitude. No right. Lucky ppl.
