Do you enjoy packages marked as lattempted deliver...

Do you enjoy packages marked as lattempted deliveryl, while your front doorbell camera history shows zero drivers arriving all day and your front door bears zero 'delivery attempted' notes? Then boy howdy have you found a great carrier!! But if you actually do want your packages eventually, then ship with someone else.

I am truly disappointed with the level of service ...

I am truly disappointed with the level of service that I received from DHL and their customer sevice team. They delivered a valid passport to a wrong address. Did not get a signature and then I had to go and find my package. They would not even compensate me for the delivery that they messed up told me that I must talk to the shipper. If I had to rate this business, it'd be a Zero mar...

If I had to rate this business, it'd be a Zero mark. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Maria Jesus Campos, Certified International Specialist (CIS) Advisor, Network Tracking & Tracing was no help at all. Shipper and Receiver went back and forward in emails where we included Ms. Campos who did not try to attempt helping us solve our issues or just give us a simple response. Not even a return call. Very dissatisfied with the service as far as communication. What should have been a 2-4 day shipment is now showing "Abandoned". Can't say I will ever use DHL Express again. Worst experience ever.

The only reason I giving them a 1 is because my DHL Rep is Great. If you have problems with DHL THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. I HAVE A PACKAGE IN CUSTOMS NOW FOR 2 WEEKS. I HAVE PAID THE DUTIES AND SENT ALL THE INFO THEY NEED BUT FOR SOME REASON NO ONE KNOWS, THE PACKAGE ISN'T BEING DELIVERED. BAD COMPANY FEDEX IS BETTER

Just saw this DHL driver almost hit a little girl as he cut me off, speeding like crazy in the Sky apartments on Germann, someone needs a better vetting process for their drivers, until I actually see a difference, I'm not going to work with their services.

This is the best carrier ever for Air. I start 1 year ago shipping one pallet every 3 months now thanks to DHL my Volume increase to 3 pallets every month and expanding business to Asia, Canada and Germany.

My rates are almost same price that any other freight forward in US. Erick Menendez and Adriana Cruz are the best Sales represent with a lot experience and top of the line.

Costumer services are ok and It is the only place where I love to pay my bills. Since they always give me a Great costumer experiences.

DHL express is not a Business pathner is a Family and all they crew members.

Calling daily to locate our package. They keep claiming address is incorrect even to Amazon and ups and usps have delivered to same address this week. Despite several claims that they updated still don t have the package. Started calling on Monday; it s now Thursday. Not only not delivered but 800 #can t seem to help. Isn t that their job?

If I could give a zero star I would. I had a friend send me a package from Hong Kong via DHL. We have done this at least 8 times in the year prior. All the sudden this time my package is "randomly" inspected and DHL wants my SSN and EIN number. I received an email from DHL asking for additional information which I provide. I then get another email asking for the exact information again because it did not reach their "standards" as if the answer would change. I request a call back and never received one, then I was told I would receive another call back and again no one called. After I get the specific phone number to the import department I am told I can not be transferred to a agent and that I can only email them any information they need. After emailing the same information I do not receive any reply barring qn automated your case is in review message. I then receive an email from a different import agent replying to me and telling me they would call me. They never did call me. In addition to that I get another automated email telling me I owe DHL $324.66 When I called in asking for the supervisor I was told they can only put me on hold for up to 2 minutes. After 10 minutes on hold I finally reach a supervisor who is very snippy with me and claims the sender made a mistake on the paperwork. We have done the exact same shipment with the exact same company for over a year at least 8 times. We just copy and paste the information. Not once had this ever happen. I was told on top of that if I didn't pay the $324.66 DHL would send my package back to Hong Kong. I refuse to be extorted they can send the package back to Hong Kong I will ship with a different service and not have to deal with the hell that is DHL.
