I am truly disappointed with the level of service that I received from DHL and their customer sevice team. They delivered a valid passport to a wrong address. Did not get a signature and then I had to go and find my package. They would not even compensate me for the delivery that they messed up told me that I must talk to the shipper. If I could give no stars I would
