I have been working at Dhandhania Infotech for a long time. I have learnt a lot till now and the positive point of this company is the working culture and a great place to work for freshers with decent salary package and appreciable workplace.

Really Not good company to work with. Company will not give respect to there employees they only want hard work from the employee but you will not get any reward.

I started my career with Dhaninfo in December, I was a newbie to the marketing and SEO Field. Dhaninfo knows what they are doing and that makes the company great. They are an amazing company to start with as a fresher. The work culture is mesmerizing and the people are great. I am grateful enough to gain such good knowledge from the owners and the team leaders. I believe that the harder you work the best you can get out of yourself and that is what this company teaches you about. Would definitely recommend for a good canteen. Dhaninfo has taken a great initiative by giving work from home showing the concern and well being of the employee and has been awarding us with benefits. It is a pleasure working with dhaninfo.

Do not get respect to employees.
Salary growth very slowly.
If any employee do mistake in their work he will be fired - Not job security.
Learning is not that much because it's non technical.
Experience of this not works in IT technical companies and treat as freshers...
No rotational shift.
If I get late sometime to report office payment has been deducted but if work overtime then no bonus for that.

Not satisfied with payment and rules.
Overall salary is Rs.11338.00 but I am getting only 7400.00

Construction is good, but immensely taking benefits of unemployment by giving very low salary to employees. Pathetic.

1) salary is 7500rs pm after pf.
2) the bond says you have to give 3 months prior notice to the company before leaving this company and failing to so you have to pay company 3 months salary.
3) working hours are 10 hours per day.
4) no transport facility.
5) you can earn much more in bpo.

Always looking for freshers who could work in low salaries.
